"It's definitely not awesome," Nick Viall added of being in jeopardy at the end of the show. "I just tried to focus on the fact that I loved our performance, and I was really happy with what we did. I feel like I am getting better. Maks told me every week is a new week and there’s no accumulation of scores, so as long as we’re still here, and we survive next week, that’s great and I have a chance to get better. That’s the most important part.”

That's right Nick. Every week is a new week.

Love that Maks and Peta are so supportive of Nick and Vanessa. They've been there...not just on DWTS and knowing how all that works, but also in the press about their relationship trials and tribulations. They are almost the same age and Maks had also been classified as the villain/bad boy for years before his own redemption, although I think some will never let it go for him either. I can see this being another friendship that Nick forms, but this time as a couple.

My least favourite dance and one that needs the dancers to be really smooth and fluid. Nick has had some difficulty with that, but hopefully he can do really well. Do we know what song they are dancing to? Hopefully it is something that is appropriate for that dance style because having good music makes it easier.

I really like this duo/team ... love Peta and Nick together ... it was a good performance and I believe they deserve to go further, but I have a feeling it's "meant to be", tho' I don't want to take it for granted, so fingers crossed all goes well with the rumba.

Judges were not very happy with this choreography if I remember it correctly. They wanted it to be more slow with less fast-slow transitions.

If Peta choreographs a slower rumba and Nick gets the fluidity of motion right, they might be good but otherwise I am worried NGL.
