No problem. It's something I would have done for myself but knowing that you didn't have the ability to see a lot of this stuff gave me the kick in the pants I needed to get it done today. You've always been so kind to (and supportive of) K&S that I didn't want you to miss out on such a big event in their lives. I felt a little uncertain about including the pain that he was in last night, but I decided it only shows how much of a beating Ironman bodies take...and how much courage it takes to compete in one of these races.

@nikikass for seeing Shawn's tweet.  And thanks to @GuardianAngel for posting my video so Shawn could see it.  It's probably the closest I'll ever come to "interacting" with him.  

Kaitlyn did a great job interviewing Walker Hayes for her podcast.  She really put him at ease and constantly praised him for his talent, family values, etc.  Highlights:

Walker is touring with Thomas Rhett this summer.  She said Shawn used to be good friends with Rhett -- so much so that Shawn used to go to Rhett's house every Monday night to watch "The Bachelor" with him.  She said Rhett started to get really famous right around the time that she and Shawn met and could been seen out in public together, but Shawn and Rhett's relationship seemed to fizzle at that point.  She also said she was a bit hurt when Rhett appeared to avoid her while she was interviewing people on the red carpet at one of the awards shows, but his wife was really sweet and excited to meet Kaitlyn and talk with her.

Walker said he watched Jillian's season of "Bachelorette," and Kaitlyn said she's staying in Justin's parent's house this summer.
