It is not easy to be an Ironman. It is a great accomplishment, considering his car crash a few years ago. Shawn you rock. :yes:

I just realized Shawn shaved all of the hair off his arms and legs, but he kept his beard. giggling

The snap of her filming him shaving with Marvin Gaye playing was epic. Idk how she comes up with this stuff but she's hilarious to follow laugh out loud

. I loved how he looked over at her and a normal person would say wtf are you doing but Shawn knows Kait so he goes right back to it laugh out loud

For those curious, here's a breakdown of how he did overall, by gender, and for his age group (Male 30-34). These could potentially change slightly as Ironman hasn't posted them on their site yet.

@umngirl thanks! Wow that's fantastic placement for the first time especially the category placement. Good for him.

I think they could both use a vacation somewhere tropical and crash for a week.

I look like that after laundry and cleaning, I can't imagine how his body feels today.
