That was an excellent interview! Most of it was to give advice to Rachel and talk about the women tell all last night, but there was plenty of Jordan talk. Here are the highlights:

She was asked to pick between Ed Sheeran and Ben Rector to sing at her wedding. She said she loves, loves Ed Sheeran, but Ben Rector sings the song that her and Jordan love and consider "their song" so she went with Ben.

She said he's working so incredibly hard at all of his jobs right now and she couldn't be more proud of him for it.

When giving advice to Rachel, she said that the months in hiding will be very difficult. She said your fiancé is going to see you be with other men and that's not easy for your fiancé and there will be rumors so you need to get them through that as a unit and if you do, you'll feel like the two of you can get through anything.

She talked about him talking in his sleep and how well he cleans  she said the other night she cooked dinner and he said babe, go lay down and relax and he cleaned the whole kitchen from top to bottom Super quickly and did an excellent job

She said their Necker Island trip was the best trip of her life.

She said she told Jordan pretty early on that she wanted to stay in Dallas and he had no problems with that. They talked about how the second they could they were going to move in together. The quicker you get back to normal life the better.

It did seem like she was at least in talks about DWTS, but she said she chose to look at it like what would be best for their relationship? She knows not doing it is what ended up being best for them. 

She basically said Jordan's amazing, she's thankful for everything and she couldn't be happier.

Thanks for such detailed feedback. The thing is, men typically do these lovely gestures like cleaning after you cook etc. at the early stages of the relationship just to "seal the deal". But once they are comfortable, all of those niceties vanish! But here is Jordan, almost a year later and he continues to impress. Just wow!

Jojo said that one of the perks she received are special gifts, gift cards from Chipotle since she always mentioned it in interviews.
She also added that he sleep talks with an accent. One time he was sleep talking in Irish but she forgot to get her phone to record him.

I'm assuming they will send a link in a few hours! It was about 15 minutes long. I was really impressed with the advice she gave for Rachel and JoJo certainly hinted at already meeting with her.

She just seemed so genuinely happy and talked about how good life has been for her and Jordan post show. It was nice to see. Her feedback about the women tell all was really funny as well.

My overall impression of her is that she is so proud of Jordan in his work and she sounds and exudes a feeling of contentment in their life and very happy. You can feel the joy and happiness in her voice. You can see the pride in her eyes whenever she talks about Jordan and their life together. It is unmistakeable they are the real deal.

I know right! She was glowing and it was so good to see her so happy and content in her relationship. Yess she is still crazy about him

Very impressed with how they have nurtured their relationship to be this strong and beautiful. It is very obvious they both adore each other and as a result they are professionally thriving. It is almost a week before the 1 year anniversary of their first meeting and they are still have the glow of their engagement.

I also loved when the interviewer asked her how these two get through the rumors that constantly swirl around these couples and she basically said you just can't look at it and you can't let it affect you in any way. Plain and simple. 

She talked about her "Mr. Clean" moment where she saw Jordan cleaning and she kept thinking about how good he looked doing it
