Hmm... this could tie into the interview that Rachel did (can't remember at the moment but maybe People or Us Weekly) and said she hopes Nick is happy and that all she wants is for Nick to be happy. It made me think she was suggesting that she didn't think Nick would be happy with Vanessa.

Still, I don't see what the point would be for Rachel to say she doesn't like Vanessa especially if Vanessa is who Nick chose and that Nick himself has been so supportive of Rachel so not sure why she wouldn't respect Nick and his choice.

It only makes Rachel look petty, bitter, and immature especially considering she is the Bette. Just not classy to me considering even Vanessa tweeted congrats to Rachel about being the Bette which was very nice of Vanessa, IMO.

Really though - Nick himself has thrown shade at plenty of contestants before, some of whom he hadn't even interacted with extensively (dissing JoJo's F6 and calling Robby "the worst" comes to mind). So maybe if it was said, he'll appreciate Rachel being "real"?

Why do these women care so much about Vanessa? I don't understand the need to say you dislike someone publicly other than to get your fans to dislike them too. To me this is bullying and these are supposed to be mature women? Puhhhlease

In my opinion the fight between Rachel and Vanessa was that Vanessa at some point made it known, probably behind Rachel's back that she thought Rachel was just here to be the next bachelorette. Vanessa seems to be pretty observant, made her case known about Danielle Lo. Wasn't worried about Corrine just that nick was making himself look foolish. IMO, Vanessa knew Rachel was gunning for the bachelorette which I totally believe she was and I believe nick and producers knew it too. Rachel did not like being accused of this since it makes her look less than genuine. And because it was about her being the bachelorette, all the more reason for Producers not to show or even hint at this fight. Again, I have no idea, but I could see it going down this way.

What these women say reflects more on them than on Vanessa, IMO.

All I can gather is that whatever is being kept under wraps is to make the new Bachelorette Rachel look good. It's a blessing in disguise. Vanessa is happy. Rachel gets her gig. I don't know why these women feel the need to antagonize something that didn't even air. Move on! Jmo
