IMO I don't think her direct approach is the reason why the women (if I can call them that after last night's WTA - girls probably) love her. IMO She is caring and gives good advice as evidenced in her calming Dominique during Episode 2 and helping out Corinne when she was drunk. Then again, these women were never competition to her. There was only one person who was competition and I am not surprised that they didn't get along - Two alpha females rarely do IMO.

Being direct is not always a good thing IMO. Sometimes it's important to bite your tongue and phrase your responses better instead of saying the first thing that comes to mind IMO. I feel that's true both in the professional workspace and in relationships.

Rachel is equally as direct as Vanessa is IMO - however, their styles, who they deliver it to, when and the approach they take - extremely different.

Directness is usually unexpected and uncomfortable whatever style it takes whether it's dry humor or confrontational. I am not surprised people don't like Rachel's directness because I really dislike Vanessa's directness - but what I dislike is the style and approach more than the directness itself. mho

Neither Rachel's nor Vanessa's directness bother me. It's because neither is directed at me. IMO, LOL

Being direct isn't the same as being mean IMO. Some people use being direct as an excuse to be rude or mean but that's not the vibe I get from Rachel. I'm sure it might rub some the wrong people the wrong way sometimes because sometimes the truth hurts IMO & some people prefer a pretty lie to the ugly truth. It doesn't bother me because personally no matter how I may feel in the moment, I always prefer when people are straight up with me. All JMO.

I also have zero problems with her interview because I don't think Rachel thinks she's better than anyone. IMO she speaks on her experiences, the struggles she's had, and her perspective on it, and I don't see how that negates anyone else. JMO.

I don't think he'd have any more in common with Rachel than Raven.  I can't see either being a match.

Guess his songs about Jojo, touring with James and going to as many Bach nation events as possible just aren't bringing in the money, attention, fame and opportunities.  So, sure why not go back on and let people you recently trashed have control of your edit again (be in BIP or Rachel)?    Not sure if these people are all really that dumb or just more self absorbed and into what the show could do for them than they are using common sense.  I fully expected him to be on BIP, now I'm thinking he may do both.  Songs about Rachel and BIP coming next year!

IMO This guy is a real piece of work. There are rumors that he is dating Lauren Hussey who was eliminated night 1 (His mother apparently also follows her on SM) but he is keeping it quiet coz the single-heartbroken-country-singer look is better for his career. Now he wants to go on Rachel's season. Wow! Just Wow!

IMO, if they're dating and keeping it quiet it could be so they can go on BIP and come out as a fan fav, new, happy engaged couple.  Or maybe to help further his career with an appearance on her friend Rachel's season.

Honestly, nothing surprises me with any of these people.  Especially after the fame bug bits them in the butt causing them to loose all sense of self respect, IMO.
