It says "Look at this"...............btw bitmoji Nick always look super happy! Maybe that his is way of telling us . Regarding the SC, it looks like a reflection of the glass is making it look like there is fire in the red wine? I have a feeling I'm bad at this.

There's also a dark shadow to the right where the four light dots are but it looks like they were cut off at the shoulders. Reflections are my favourite to sleuth.I flipped that picture, but can't make out any letters that make sense other than NG

but he sure goes out of his way to make it difficult. Why hide anything if he isn't doing anything he's not suppose to be doing??

ETA: that picture has to mean something. Who puts a picture framed like that on a counter. It looks out of place to me.

Anyone get the impression the SC of the wine glass was taken in someone's house. The alcohol on the bar doesn't look like a collection you'd find at a hotel or the usual SHV location. At the same time, the alcohol doesn't seem to be arranged in typical bar fashion (cheaper liquor up front and more expensive liquor tiered up). If it's an SHV, could they be at someone's house?
