Now that I looked at this picture again, its not the same person. Could this woman in this photo his manager or something like that?
Maybe Tiffany Ariany is someone who works with the Bachelor?

The woman in Nick's IG is Caitlin a producer for the show I think. A number of past and present contestants follow her. She goes with Nick to a lot of his media obligations.

^^^^Nick was wearing that plaid shirt shown with the gal above while he taped on air with Ryan (Seacrest) this morning. Then he appeared in studio in a suit/white shirt (shown in the IG with the Bach producer) for a live interview on the 3:00 ABC news on the local LA channel 7 news broadcast. He was interviewed by George Pennacchio. It seems like today was a media tour for Nick.
I listened and watched both interviews. Nothing new revealed.

That's hilarious that he chose Hailey to sing the Canadian national anthem, when in fact it should be Vanessa. The anthem is regularly sung half in French and half in English. He rambled at his decision for Hailey.
