And another thing I just realized: It seems from our limited sample size that the Rodgers men really like stage 5 clingers so Airelle probs fits right in with the expectations laugh out loud

I incredibly doubt we'll ever see a tv wedding. I'm sure Jo will want it IMO but I don't think it'll happen for a variety of reasons. I see a normal/private wedding with everything being provided for free essentially sometime next year.

@Alanna Care to share what reasons you think it may be unlikely? One thing for sure though, if by some miracle all the Rodgers boys are back as a happy family, there's no way that they wouldn't want to film a wedding where they have a celebrity like Aaron coming.

I think both tptb and BBJ will be huge barriers. The show doesn't need them, they have other couples who they can marry or at least to show off their kids/marriages. And no way will Baddy sign up for more shenanigans IMO. Plus they don't need a paid-for wedding as far as I can tell. She comes from a very well off family, they're semi celebs in Dallas and they have the Bach Nation cache just from being on the show, so it's not like Jo won't get what she wants in terms of locale, decorations, dresses, or anything else she wants without the show's involvement. There is no incentive on either side for this wedding to be via the show IMO. Jo likes attention and being fawned over so I'm sure she wants it but she is probs the only one laugh out loud

I'd honestly would rather watch the wedding and BTS via snapchat than to have it contrived by TPTB. It would be so much more fun imo laugh out loud

I agree. The show creates a constant feeling of distrust and it's not a good thing for any couple IMO. Especially one that's 1/2 super sensitive girl and 1/2 already guarded man. Even if it comes up, I hope they (he really laugh out loud

) makes the right decision and turns it down.

Hmm, but they did initially seem up for a televised wedding in their interviews when asked though, so I'm not quite sure. I hear you on your reasons, and I agree, but it still seemed at least up to the last interviews when they were asked that they were for it. And I guess the $1M paycheck doesn't hurt. But yes, I agree, they don't need it but we'll see. I was surprised that they were offered a gift of a trip at the AFTR when they treated them so badly there, but then again maybe that's why they offered the gift? But I don't know. They are not in the habit of gifting the new couple on the AFTR and I say that on the heels of when the most recent poster couple didn't receive a gift. Also, I hear JoJo and Jordan speak of the possibility of having their reality show - but an unscripted version. So I'm in two minds as to whether a televised wedding is something they would want. But I am certain if Aaron gets back in the picture there is just no way TPTB wouldn't go to all lengths to get them to televise it, IMO.

I agree with both of you. I also think that the wedding special would be too focused on Aaron: "Are you still not talking? How are you feeling knowing that he's not here? Do you think he'll be part of your family again once you have children? jadadadada... " Our couple deserves better than that and watching the wedding via SC vblogs sounds amazing. I'm sure Kathy and Arielle would do a great job laugh out loud

Honestly, I think they're just trying to be diplomatic. They probably haven't been officially offered a wedding but don't want to say no to it until they talk to TPTB. JMO.

I don't see a televised wedding either nor do I see Aaron reconciling with his family until he retires.

I agree that is what it is- diplomacy. Or at least I hope so. One mention of Aaron and BBJ turned around and left ASAP, I don't think he has any tolerance. He's just polite here IMO.

It was an interview that they did, can't recall which - maybe TMZ, dunno. But the talk came up in the context of Ben and Lauren's show on Freeform. And they said if they do something similar that it would have to be "unscripted". But, as suggested, maybe it is just them being diplomatic.

I'm not going to lie, I would enjoy seeing them on my TV screen for a 2-hour broadcast of their wedding. Is it the best thing for them as a couple? Perhaps not. But if it ever were to happen I'm sure that BBJ would have, in the terms and conditions that absolutely no mention of Aaron is to be made (if it's still an issue then). But, maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part, but yes I would agree it's probably not the best thing for them.
