Bachelor 21 - Nick Viall - F1-F6 - Discussion - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

I will say, I came onto the board last night and was shocked that the new thought was Whitney and Kristina in final 4. And frankly I didn't buy it. I was the one who first posted that Whitney was out, and though the main thing I mentioned was the facebook sign-in, cause it was the most concrete, I had faith in my other info as well, including that she had called her parents, the date and activity planned for the hometown that was cancelled, etc. Not to mention, she's incredibly quiet (tbd how she'll be on TV) and specifically went on for Luke. I just couldn't imagine some epic connection between Whitney and Nick. So I was expecting Reality Steve to post different spoilers and I absolutely believe them.

I also still really had faith in the Vanessa thing based on the little we've seen and am glad that she's still there and more age appropriate!


Edit to add: I also really was doubting it based on that we know about 1 on 1s. It seemed odd for everyone in the final 4 to have such late 1 on 1s (of course we didn't even have confirmation of a Kristina or Whitney 1 on 1 at all). The 3rd ep 1 on 1 date being a heavy contender trend still going strong!

That's such a good point. I wonder if Rachel will follow Nick's arc as FIR recipient and F2...and lead? Well, I can hope!

I agree with all above CQ.  I was surprised when it was revealed that Whitney had a hometown date as her neighborhood was a ghost town over the time that she was to have had her date.  And a little disappointed that Nick had chosen her given the little I know about her.  They just did not seem like they would have gotten along as well.  Their relationship strikes me as having the potential to be a little too shallow and not quirky enough to satisfy Nick.  

Also, his potential with Vanessa seems IMO to be a great pairing.  She seems confident, funny, beautiful and a woman of depth.  How do I know this? Just a hunch based upon her ability to express herself in photos and video.  Plus, the level of comfort displayed in the In Style magazine photos speaks very loudly of their chemistry very early on.  I feel like many of Nick's fans here on the boards have been hoping that Vanessa is not too good to be true.  Hopefully we will get our wish.  Looking forward to a great season.

I have literally no sympathy for anyone who went on the show "specifically for Luke". There was nearly a whole month between when Nick was announced as the Bachelor and when filming actually started, so girls had more than enough time to drop out of the cast if they applied for the show because they wanted it to be Luke.

I saw many of you mentioned the In Style pictures of Nick & Vanessa, can anyone point me to it as I tried to browse some other threads, got no luck yet. TYIA.

I saw those pic much earlier and thought there were new pic of them recently leaked again. I'm too lazy to catch up with all the sleuthing this season becuase most of the model wannabe turned me off.

Glad to know Vanessa is in the F4, she is the only one I saw a connection with Nick so far, based on the In Style picture.

I think Nick did a good job of picking his f4, except for Corinne the wanna be model, a small business owner， a lawyer, a special ed teacher and diverse in age too: 24,25, 29, 31. Not bad!
