Ben and Lauren Happily Ever After - Discussion - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

For me, I never praised her for getting over thr ILYS, obvi only she knows how she feels, but I commended how she handled it all publicly. Time (and MBC ) shows us that these couples have a lot to overcome, so it is no surprise that they also deal with normal people relationship issues.

I'm not watching unless something dramatic or juicy happens. This is the type of show their fans would enjoy.

Im gonna go ahead and guess, nothing REAL will be dramatic and/or juicy. IMO.

And their very LOYAL fans will enjoy and watch this weekly, but it seems like at least a little more than half of the regular fans/casual fans did NOT like the show and said they would no longer watch. IMO.

Let's be real, I'm still gonna watch the show! I'll probably just continue to dislike it though. Mostly because it seems the editing won't get any better, thus leading to unnatural on camera situations, etc. IMO.

I'm curious to see where these statistics are of people who said they'd watch/not watch?

From what I've seen on social media, a lot of people are mad that 1. They made it all about JoJo 2. Ben and Lauren bickered the whole time over JoJo 3. Some people think Lauren is passive aggressive and insecure 4. Everything about it seemed scripted.

I chuckle a little bit every time one of the popular couples or contestants thinks they can return to TV, do and say whatever and still be just as loved as they were before. When will they learn that viewers are fickle and you're only as likeable as your last TV portrayal? Just look at Tanner who went from Prince Charming to abusive jerk within one hour. If they simply don't care as long as they're paid, then good for them I guess.

Meh, Jojo talked for a whole season about Ben. I think Lauren is allowed to talk about the other side of the coin for one episode.

Definitely. Glad the silly facade (imo) of her being mature, secure and just the classiest is going down the tubes now though for most peeps. The Twitter comments are hilarious to me.

I find it annoying that the woman gets more of the backlash and poor perfect Ben who vomited ILYS is the nice guy here on defense mode. I also don't like how Lauren is being portrayed as someone wanting to change Ben's place & question his ILYs as a bad thing. To me that's exactly what I would've done if I moved in with my fiancé and still had some unresolved issues. JMO

I can say with full confidence that this recap is 100x better than the show will ever be. Now I really don't need to watch and can just read this recap every week. Lol

I have seen through that facade sooooo long ago and I'm just happy now more and more people get to see what I have been seeing.

I still would love to say, Ben should run away from Lauren B. I'm not a fan of him, but I think he deserves a real sweet lover who would see him as the best guy on earth, rather than pleasing this girl all life long. Just my opinion.

Ehh imo they're a good fit for each other. I can't imagine Ben with an actual sweet/soft girl: who would be peeling who off the bathroom floor? They'd need to live with one of their mommies and then the daddies would be sad losing their wives to constant babysitting. Imo.
