The best part of the joke was how flatly he delivered it Nice to know some of the badness is alive and well there.

And good call on seeing Rachel in the background!! I think I will forever associate Rachel with Jo's incredibly frosty/snotty attitude of, "hmmm, less about my sister and more about your screwup" on the LCD
