New US Weekly article from Andrea Lavinthal.. evidently she spoke with JP, maybe at the event last night? Interesting read, loves the hairdo, doesn't think she'll keep it long, sounds like wedding is not in the spring but later..

Bachelorette fans weren't the only ones shocked when the show's star, Ashley Hebert debuted a dramatically shorter and darker hairstyle last month. Her fiance JP Rosenbaum, 34, also had an intense reaction.

"The first time I saw it I was speechless," he told Us Weekly. "I think people either really love it or really hate it. I really love it."

And while Rosenbaum is thrilled with his love's new look, he hinted that Hebert, 27, may not keep the Cleopatra 'do for too much longer.

"It's one of those things where she can change in three or four months if she doesn't like it. It'll run its course and then she'll move on to the next one."

The reality TV duo recently upgraded to a larger apartment in the Midtown area of New York City, but as for wedding plans, Rosenbaum says they're still undecided about when to say "I do."

"She watched Kim Kardashian's wedding, so that got her mind thinking, but we are going to wait until she's done with school," he told Us. "If it's earlier, great. If it's not until towards the end of the year, great. If it's in 2013, great. We've thrown around a few ideas, but we're all over the place."

JP Rosenbaum Tells OK! Fiancée Ashley Hebert Got Some Ideas From the Kardashian Wedding!

JP Rosenbaum can’t reveal too much away about his upcoming nuptials to fiancée Ashley Hebert, but the handsome winner of The Bachelorette did gush a little bit to OK! about the hotly-anticipated wedding between the picture-perfect couple!

JP says while Ashely is still busy finishing dental school in Philadelphia, she has been jotting down some wedding ideas.

“She watched the Kardashian wedding, and she gets her thoughts, but I think once school is done and she gets into a residency program up here [in NYC], we will start doing some more talking about it,” JP told OK! at Rizaul Tequlia’s 3rd Anniversary Party at the Bryant Park Hotel’s Cellar Bar in NYC Thursday.

Ashley even Tweeted about Kim’s Fairytale wedding special on E!, which raked in a record 10.5 million viewers.

“Can’t wait for @KimKardashian wedding tonight! @JP_Rosenbaum and I will be taking notes!!”

The happy couple have already settled in to their NYC pad, and according to J.P. his leading lady will hopefully be living with him full time by the end of November! (they obv. mean she will stop commuting, she doesn't have an apt. in Philly)

So have they acclimated to sharing space?

J.P. says it’s been great, except for one thing — all the closet space Ashley (who was praised for her fabulous fashion sense on The Bachelorette) needs.

JP has never lived with anyone before, and he told OK! “anything ‘lady’ is all new.”

ETA: She missed approximtely over 1/2 year of school between being on Brad's and her own season, plus days off for media tours. So she had alot of making up to do and I think the long hours now mean she's doing double shift clincals to get all the credits and be done for good by November, and no more commuting to Philly. Esp. with the harsh winters in the northeast

They probably got confused because he talked about her getting a residency "up here." Some basic fact checking or even some Twitter stalking would have cleared that up.

i got suckered by a houseguest into watching Kim Kardashian's wedding which pains me, since I don't watch that show and generally try to ignore the fact that the Kardashians exist. It's amazing that it was a 4-hour special and they showed all of 5 minutes of the actual wedding. So there wasn't a lot of inspiration to be gained, honestly, although I'll say that the decorations were gorgeous (minus the tacky pavé cross on the "altar"). Kim and Kris's relationship is a disaster, however. They just didn't strike me as two people in love at all; just one person who really wanted to have a wedding, and another who was game to go along for the ride. If nothing else, watching that trainwreck probably made Ashley even more grateful for her relationship with J.P.

This! No, really, this, exactly! Two major differences between any normal wedding and the K/K one:

1) Two people who (probably) actually like each other and/or at least pretend to tolerate each other better than K/K.
2) A groom that is a direct descendant of the human species and not one of Mary Shelley's rejected creations. Yikes!

I think she was getting ideas for flowers and themes, etc. maybe the dress and bridesmaids' dresses, etc. That's all she meant by ideas from K/K wedding. I thought some of the things were lovely, the flowers and the way the venue was set up, etc. Didn't care for her gown, way over the top to me.

I felt sorry for Kris, this guy is gonna always feel 2nd best and she treats him like crap. Kim is a ball crusher. If they last a year, I'll be surprised.

On the other hand, Ashley adores the ground JP walks on, so there is no comparison of their relationships, imo

Well, she actually follows Kourtney and not Kim, so I think she just watched for the fun of it and used wedding ideas as an excuse! :P
