I would love to think that Ashley is done with school and she has moved here permanently, but JP himself said (in L.I. interview) that that wouldn't happen until Oct or Nov, so I wonder...

I thought I had seen an article somewhere that said that Ashley was just going to commute. She said during interviews she only had a month left, but I remember JP saying that to. Maybe her lease isn't up until then, so she hasn't completely moved everything.

US has a short mention of Ashley and JP going to a restaurant called Zio for date night.
LIFE & STYLE has a cute paparazzi photo of Ashley lugging 2 suitcases
IN TOUCH is back to its old crappy form
STAR has David Good/Deanna/Jesse each making 1 sentence comments on whether Ashley and JP'll last.

There's not more to say about US, it's just a mention under celebrity sightings.

Life & Style's photo of Ashley says something about no assistants needed and the pic is dated to August 23rd I think. Ashley's wearing a reddish button down with rolled up sleeves and shorts. Make up free and very cute.

In Touch says JP's jealousy "issues" have reared their head. Something about an incident at Beauty & Essex (where I think they were spotted the week the FRC/ATFR aired) where JP was allegedly paranoid about guys hitting on his girl even though they weren't according to a conveniently unnamed source. They also claimed JP got into some kind of argument with some guys at the gym he thought were looking inappropriately at Ashley or something. Whatever. They used one of the paparazzi pictures of Ashley getting out of a cab and JP kissing her.

Star has a small thing across the bottom of the page that's mostly devoted to a Bachelor Pad story that I didn't read. Something about BPad being fixed. David Good says he thinks they're both good people but JP's jealousy "issues" will make it tough, Deanna says it'll be tough but she's rooting for them because she likes them together, and Jesse says if Ashley and JP stay out of the Hollywood scene they just might make it.

Guess Ashley will have to find the InTouch writer located in NYC and make nice with her!

They need to pick every negative morsel they can find & try to run with it.. JP is a born & raised NY'er and has lived in Manhattan most of his adult life - I haven't lived there but guess that not many young professionals are meek.. they go after what they want and wear their emotions on their sleeve. Sure he was a bit jealous after Hong Kong in the group setting but only because he fell in love. Better yet, Ashley could totally relate at the time. I seriously doubt there is any jealousy there now.. she dotes on him & I can imagine if she's getting any looks - he's grinning inside thinking she's all mine!!

oh and I would think it would be the other way around since JP was a fan favorite and I bet lots of ladies in NY would want a piece of that.

I agree I'm sure he's getting alot more attention than he's used to.. I would be one of them!

As many of us suspected, Ed got alot of attention post-Bachelorette from the ladies around Chicago and apparently loved it - while at the same time he did very little to assure Jillian, and this hurt their relationship. Jillian seems like a very confident & self-assured woman but there's only so much you can take. Apparently this made her question whether he was ready to settle down and whether she could really trust him.

Obviously, JP is no Ed and while I'm sure he's flattered by the compliments and attention, it will not change him or their relationship. After I read Jillian's article though, I sorta wondered if it was partly meant for Ashley & JP as a way to convey to them to wade through these crazy waters very carefully!

I think it's just that since the couple has not said or done anything publicly that could be spun in some way to indicate that there's "trouble in paradise", IN TOUCH is digging up the only negative angle that could still be relevant, JP's jealousy, and resurrecting it, once again with absolutely no confirmed proof other than those "unnamed sources". I actually remember at that dinner they had at Beauty and Essex, the manager may have even been quoted in an article about how nice they were to the staff, including Ashley thanking the waiter profusely for running outside to give her her purse which she had accidentally left at the table. Interesting how JP's supposed anger was just ignored/overlooked by everyone involved at that time, huh?

As far as I'm concerned, all of this "dirt" is being made up out of whole cloth, because those who are intent on casting doubt on this couple for whatever reason have nothing real to go on.

I don't know why I still think that Jillian should have picked Reid. I so wish that relastionship was given a chance, but it just wasn't meant to be.

The website Gather also ran an article on JP and Elan's man date and instead of it being a nice little blurp they have to make JP sound like a drunk. He can't win.
