Is anyone else having a hard time reading WetPaint's articles. Whenever I click on the link it has that pop-up, but there isn't a place to close it out. This has happened to me several times.

I thought it was very loving and telling when Ashley said a quiet New Year's Eve in Long Island at JP's parents' home would be nice and he agreed. He said he's a planner, she's not, we already knew that. She's tired of the commute, & getting home late after 8:30 pm and JP works til 6. They are both working hard, and have long days. Love they are celebrating both holidays and he said going to Maine for Christmas.

It looked pretty hectic at the ASPCA blessing in the Church and very crowded, with photogs all over taking pictures of many, not only JP and Ashley. Then they had to answer the same dumb questions over again. They said so many times they would start planning the details to the wedding once her school is done & sometime after the new year. She said she already has some ideas (for the wedding). Maybe they really didn't want to do any interviews but rolled with it when asked.

The pictures speak for themselves, esp. the candids in the Church are the best and very loving. JMO

They have Rosi's holiday concert Thursday night in NYC. That will be so much fun, since she is one of their favorite singers and her songs mean alot to them, since Fiji.

I have no idea how they can stand to answer the same questions over and over and over again. I would think that it would make any topic -- even your wedding -- seem boring and monotonous after a while.

Besides, Ali and Roberto gave great interviews which apparently were not based on the truth. If you want to know the truth, watch the body language. It's obvious that Ashley and JP (and Boo!) all adore each other. :P

i completely agree with the bolded part.....there is no disguising how happy they are :tackle:

Ashley was asking for New Year's suggestions on Twitter last week. Guess she hasn't made up her mind, LOL. It's really sweet, though, that she'd want to spend it with JP's parents. Between Hanukkah, Christmas, and potentially New Year's, it sounds like they're going to be logging a lot of family time over the next few weeks. It's great that their families are in such close proximity to them. I can't really think of any other Bachelor couple that's spent so much time with each others' families post-show (except maybe Mary and Byron, since he moved to Tampa and her family was here). I wonder if they were buying gifts for their families when that fan took a pic with them in the department store?

LOL that JP has Ashley's gift all squared away but Ashley doesn't have his. She must be a procrastinator, like me. I can't remember the last time I started shopping before Dec. 22nd.

Just curious -- in what way did you find it not warm and fuzzy? The reporter called them "adorable" and said they had a great convo, so she seems to think all is well in cupcake land. They're obviously still very much in love, JP loves Boo, their body language in all the pictures is very positive, they're going to start making wedding plans in the new year (as they've already said a zillion times in interviews) ... all looks good to me!

I wonder if JP's parents will be at home for New Year's Eve. Maybe they will be someplace much warmer than New York. Of course, that warm cozy house with its fireplace would still be there.
