Nick was at Jade and Tanner's wedding where Eliz was a bridesmaid. The wedding was televised so it was franchise related.

Yea I get how she's tied to the franchise, she's Jades friend. But I don't think she is from Nick's past, if they just met once or whatever. Doesn't really qualify as "his past" to me. Unless they dated or talked or something that isn't known.

Nick follows her on IG. Unless he follows anyone he met only once casually, I would think there must be more interaction there. Hopefully, he hadn't spent the whole evening during Janner wedding dancing with Chris Soules like that.

To add another possibility, Nick's brother Sam follows Kristina Schulman on IG. Her account is private and she is still a contestant. So, they would have connected before the show started. I am not sure on the connection to the Bachelor however.
