To me it reads like Nick seems very self-conscious, trying to overcome his innate shyness.
Uncomfortable and trying to step into a role that I personally don't think he was born for.
A simpler soul, someone like Josh or Luke for example, would be a more natural bachelor.
But I am drawn to his discomfort because I can relate... and so it feels more real to me.

A curious question can someone direct me to reading where Nick said he pursued the bachelor role?

Honestly, I think he came across as someone who was carefully thinking through what he wanted to say before saying it. And no I don't think that means he's not being genuine or honest, I think it just means he's a thoughtful person who realizes the benefit of thinking before running off at the mouth. As a big believer in that myself, I wish more people felt the same because maybe then, so many wouldn't say stuff they regret.

And yes, I know that might seem odd to say about Nick considering the infamous ATFR comment but I don't think Nick said something he didn't mean to then either. And he's confirmed this by saying he didn't regret it and only regretted how people judged and shamed Andi for it because that was not his intent.

As for other alum who may try for another shot at love, don't count out some of Viall's former flames. Harrison admits that although no decisions have been made, Saviano or another one of his love connections may come back on Viall's season for a second chance.

"I won't be shocked if somebody very familiar shows up," Harrison reveals. "We've done that in the past when someone's been on one season. He's been on basically three. I don't see how someone won't rear their head and show up."


Does Chris H. know something or is he just trying to get people to talk?  Probably the latter.  Who could it possibly be?

I'm almost sure the twins will show up, but to give Nick advice on the girls. Mills was really into that idea for Nick's season.

CH. could very well be referring to past contestants returning to advise or chat. Former bachelors - Chris, Ben - or former buds like Tanner, Jared, or more recent Evan, Vinny or Grant.
If a female from 1 of his 3 previous seasons that could be Kaitlyn & Shawn or Sharleen & Andy (they showed up on Kaitlyn's comedy club date), Dorfman (she could read a few Nick sex pages of her book outside each FS), or 1 of the girls from BIP but I can't see any coming as love interests.


"Rear their head and show up" sounds like a Chad entrance

yep..i am absolutely think so too. The twins and Nick were/are helping them promoting Love at First Kiss. They are the producers's favorite IMO.
