Laurie and Val are the best couple tonight, hands down. Top 3 for sure, if not the winner of the mirror ball trophy!

No matter what though I voted for him and will vote for Ryan

I'm an hour and a quarter into the show. I think everyone is pretty good...so far. As usual, some over scored and some under scored.

Biggest takeaway so far.... Derek's not going to win again. Yay!

I thought they were underscored after watching some of the others, but it doesn't surprise me They do Maks like this all the time. ( However, I'm so glad he's back, but wish he would lose the beard. He's too handsome without it loll

Maks doesn't look invested at all in Amber Rose's success on the show. I know he's having a child in a few months, but he could at least try.

I don't think Maks ever wanted to come back but with Peta in or close to her final trimester and soon to be grounded he probably figured he'd give it a go again (or at least go through the motions)

^ Yeah Maks doesn't seem like his true manly self like we are used to. He needs a haircut too! Still nice to have him back.

Felt so bad for Ryan! That must have been scary! I wonder if the show wasn't live here in the West Coast how they would have cut that out. Poor guy. He did a great job better then I expected.

Everyone was pretty good of course Laurie was the stand-out as predicted. I don't even pay attention to the judges scores they are always scoring low in the first few weeks.

I actually feel a bit sorry for Amber, Maks is not at all into it this season. This show has become too much about the pro dancers, not the celebs, and IMO it's annoying. The celebs paired with less famous pros don't stand a chance.
