Bachelorette Canada - Season 1 - Jasmine Lorimer - General Sleuthing - S/Caps - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

It was too cold in April to be in a catamaran in Ottawa. I thought maybe that's what they did on their hometown date, but the haircuts don't match and the logo appears to be Cuba as sleuthed by @richmondrose.

IA @richmondrose his father was knocking some sense into him and maybe something set him off to leave before the roses were given out? IDK I'm loving the edits.

I don't really get why anybody would eliminate himself for the reason that the lead would have done it anyway. So weird.Especially after saying that he was all in.
His story just turned from classic F2 to really weird.
I don't even comprehend how Jas can bring him on a romantic date if he leaves for that reason, comes back and is not F1.
And I don't see him be F1 after pulling something like that for no reason because she wants a stable person (emotionally and in their lifestyle).

At the same time, I'm like this is where his edit makes sense as F3.
Like they show us all the nice stuff between them because they know that it will all crumble when he decides to leave. They also show Jasmine saying that he will go the extra mile to make them work etc. That way more people will be affected by the drama.
And also F3 will make sense since Jas told both KW and Mike that she likes hat they are stable and manly.
That also explains the spoilers, and both Mike and KW edits.

The theory of him going back to Cuba is the one that makes more sense to me and the one that fit well in the show's narrative even though i can't understand the intimacy on their date after that.
And i'm curious to know WTH got to him that much.

I dont think he left on his own. I think he was saying that if  he wasnt Jasmine's final one, then  he just wanted her to eliminate him and not be strung along. I also think the picture of him crying iin the car s on the way to the rc and his nerves are getting the better of him . Reality of the situation is setting in.

He said he didnt want to be heart broken = F2?

They don't usually show them in the car at F3. No?
Maybe they will this time, who knows though.

All in all I'm not sure about this theory. Seems weird to me that she would be willing to take someone back after eliminating them. She does a good job at calling the shots and knowing what she wants.

I think that his father's comment was a reality check for Mikhel  and resulted in him taking a closer look at the situation and how he fit into the equation wrt Jasmine and her relationship with the other guys.  

Mikhel is wearing the same tie in all the the pictures; the RC, the ITM, getting into the car and in the car. All the comments are VO except for the ITM sc which was about going home. Definitely the car pictures were not from being eliminated in Cuba.

If Jasmine had eliminated him at the  HTD RC and he actually did go to Cuba for a second chance he'd be proving his father right about looking like an azz.  I think Mikhel is too smart to do that to himself.jmoaa

Add to that that i don't see Jas taking him back.
She knows what she wants and i don't see her as someone to look back on such decision.
No lead have done it really (correct me if i'm wrong), and i don't see Jas being the first.

I didn't get your point at first but with the comment above i see it now.
probably was just freaking out and the make a big deal of it for promo.

The reason that Mikhel is in cuba is because she did not eliminate him at HTD. Mikhel has too much sense than to go begging for a second chance. Imoaa

@richmondrose ITA about Mikhel not taking himself out of it now that I've seen the preview. It looks to me like they tape him saying that he doesn't want to wait around to have his heart broken and that he wants to go home and paired it with shots of him getting into and out of the car/limo. I think if he really left, you'd be seeing him talk about it in the limo. I think it's just a fakeout to make it seem like he goes home. Maybe it's to hide that it's really someone else leaving? JMO

I just noticed that Mikhel's SC of him in the limo seems to be during night time & ongoing speculation is that he was on his way to the FRC.

Based on SC of Jasmine that we have at the FRC, it was daylight kind of late morning into afternoon IMO. Except Mikhel's limo SC was durng daylight; not sure if he was on his was to FRC...all jmo.

He was going to the Hometown Date RC not the Final RC.

If that's the case, I have never seen a contestant shown in a limo on their way to any RC; rather we see the limo exits only......should be interesting to see how it shakes out. Thanks
