I thought a topic for any specials would be available if anyone wants to discuss live Award shows. The VMA's were on last night, it would have been good to snark. 
The Emmy's are on tonight 8pm Eastern. I noticed umngirl posted in another thread E! was starting their Red Carpet at 4pm! Eastern. So early?? I guess so!
What in the world has Kelly Osborne done to her hair? She looks like a blue rooster.

Miley Cyrus, Imagine Dragons, Florida Georgia Line, One Direction, Luke Bryan, Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar, and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis will be performing on this year's show which will be broadcast live from NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 24th (8:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT) on ABC. Additional acts and presenters will be announced in the coming weeks.
The "American Music Awards" honors and showcases the latest talents of the contemporary music scene. The show features over 15 performances from today's hottest artists and presents awards in the categories of Pop/Rock, Country, Electronic Dance Music, Rap/Hip-Hop, Soul/R&B, Alternative, Adult Contemporary, Latin and Contemporary Inspirational. From powerful pop divas to sensational R&B and rock acts, the AMAs reward exceptional artists for their abilities to inspire and excite audiences all over the world.
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis lead this year with six (6) nominations. Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake follow with five (5) nominations each, while Florida Georgia Line, Rihanna and Robin Thicke collect four (4) nominations each. Additionally, Bruno Mars and Imagine Dragons were nominated for three (3) awards. This year's 2013 Artist of the Year nominees are: Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Bruno Mars, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and Justin Timberlake.
American Music Awards are voted on by the fans. For the seventh year in a row, winners will be determined by online voting. Fans can vote at the Coca-Cola AMA voting site AMAvote.com. In addition, for the first time in AMAs History, fans will also be able to vote for their favorite artists via Twitter.

My favorite awards show has to be the Golden Globes mainly just to admire the dresses. The dresses aren't as good as last year's though.

Yes! Love those outfits.
Keira's dress reminds me of a dress I wore once to work. It was spring had lots of flowers and colour. An elderly client asked me if I was attracting bees.

JLo was with her current movie co-star Ryan Guzman, who also guest starred on Pretty Little Liars. Wouldn't surprise me if they started dating knowing her taste in younger men!
