Ben Higgins - Lauren Bushnell - Bachelor 20 - Discussion - #3

I have no idea what hate she is getting because again, only what I read here. But in every interview I've seen Lauren conduct, IMO she is a much better speaker than Ben is. I was surprised post filming the first time I heard her. She is very well spoken compared to hardly seeing her talk on Ben's season.

It's interesting to read such a big difference in opinions.

This is jmoaa: when most of these cast/couples get lives that have multiple school age kids and have other interests than themselves they will spend less "me" time on the frivolous snaps, etc and more going to extracurricular kid stuff etc.
I seen the self absorbed behavior with long time past couples diminish once they are consumed with the real day to day of running a household and taking care of dependents.

See, this is the kind of stuff I see when I check out so many casts stuff and why I choose to do other things personally.
I lump them all together in the same pot. To me, one is very little different than the other.
IMO--they are bored and have nothing better to do and so are doing this. Unless my curiosity is spurred by something(like this discussion), I rarely go there unless they do something horrible and I simply crave to temptation.

See but those things are perfectly snark worthy, the show was pretty bad. Not the kind of criticism I was referring to . Idk it just seems like it goes beyond surface level stuff. JMO. Maybe my perception of Lauren attracting such strong SM hate is off.

This. The most offensive thing I ever found about Lauren during Ben's season is that she was boring as hell and the two of them together was duller than watching paint dry. Admittedly I don't follow them in any capacity post show and definitely didn't watch their reality show because...um, no.

But honestly I just think they're kind of bland and boring. As for the Instagram videos above, maybe it's my natural bitchy tendencies but I thought the first one was hilarious. Seriously who hasn't eye rolled someone they're in love with, no matter how amazing you think they are most of the time?

Well, most anything can be snark worthy in my play book.
I don't understand the hate stuff either.
Maybe it takes away from the personal angst the hater is going through? Kind of like taking the focus of them personally and onto a safer, less personal focus. Because it is unlikely the hate is personal to the hater. Possible but unlikely in most cases.

I don't think ALL these ppl can be deemed as jealous or miserable in their own life's. Yeah, maybe if it were a handful. But it's not. It's A LOT of ppl. According to that poll on People months ago, it was about 90% of ppl. So I think, for whatever reasons (like the ones I mentioned), Lauren just rubs ppl the wrong way. I totally get it, because I'm the SAME EXACT WAY. Ppl think I'm a biotch too a lot of the time, because I'm quite, "boring", and have resting biotch face. It is what it is. Some ppl have charisma up the ying yang, and ppl love them immediately. And some ppl give others bad vibes immediately, until they get to know them...or not.

IMO.

I must follow the wrong people from the franchise because most of them don't post like Lauren does. But I follow mainly people from seasons 3+ years ago and I only follow about 10 of them so that's probably why. Lol

I just find her to be very vain, b!tchy, etc. As my friend described, ice princess. I know plenty of people like that. It it does make sense why some can't seem to like her or gravitate towards her.
