Yep. In contrast to Ashley, Caila even wrote an entire blog post titled "I'm not perfect". She said in it that she knew that she had hurt Ashley and that no amount of sorry's could fix it. Caila said that she felt bad for Emily. She said that she wasn't sure about her feelings for Jared but that she wanted to keep getting to know him. She was also apologetic on the HuffPo podcast. She's taken responsibility every single time and never played the victim. Caila's behaved the exact opposite of Ashley in all respects. Ashley has the opportunity here to grow and move on now, but seeing her actions I think she's the master manipulator. Unfortunately IMO Ashley's continually taken pleasure in seeing people she views as a threat hurt. Perhaps if she stops viewing Caila as an enemy she'll move forward now. I suspect though it will just be a matter of time until she finds another target. Narcissists always do. All JMO.

I think Calia took the high road (again) AND Calia is smart. The wicked witch of Kardashleyville was never going to STFU until Calia "admitted" Her Royal Trashiness didn't sabotage the relationship with Mr. No Nuts. Who needs that chit in their life when they are busy working, travelling, living life.

Trashley can go back to watching Disney princess movies and photoshopping her face onto Jasmine's body, and Calia can go forward with a fulfilling life and hopefully forget the experience with BIP.

IA that Caila wanted the drama to end and as far as I know, has only had nice things to say about everyone that was a part of the cast. But this accusation from Ashley is something that makes her look sneaky, something that's been said by a lot of people about her but there's never been anything to back that up. That's why I like her response even more, because the convo didn't have to start with Caila tweeting out that article basically confirming it, it could have easily started with her saying Ashley's not a bad person. From what I'm seeing, she definitely said it, and she danced around it before just vaguely saying "i'm not perfect, I made mistakes" that's not really taking responsibility IMO. What she did just now is, and now everyone can and should move on from the she said/she said back and forth. Caila and Ashley don't have to be friends, I know Caila expressed wanting that, but after seeing fully the things that Ashley said, I can't imagine why she still would.

It's so unbelievable. Caila has absolved Ashley of guilt, but everyone's like, but no, she's guitly, Caila's just playing nice to get rid of Ashley. What's going on here? :yes:

This is all the hype is about. This information has been censored for some reason. Nobody wants anyone to know that someone isn't always nice, and that AI was only attempting to tell Jared what Amanda said about her (no problem getting engaged and breaking it off 3 months later). This is probably also the news that Jared referred to in the after show, which was too hard for him to get over.

I posted some of this in Caila's thread but it pertains to Ashley too. I mentioned before an article I'd read about bullying. It's interesting to see how this aligns with what we've seen play out with Ashley and Caila. Often the main reason a psychopathic chief bully (Ashley) gets away with their behaviour is that no-one wants to believe that they could be the monster they are. Psychopathic chief bullies are very likely to have everyone in their pocket, and be able to manipulate people to achieve their needs. One of the solutions suggested in this situation is for the victim (Caila) to make a positive decision to leave and refuse to allow these people to continue to ruin their life. Since it's so difficult to ever confront of stop the attacks, this is a way to take back some control.

IMO Caila has made the decision to leave this behind. She doesn't want to engage with the negativity, and she doesn't want to prolong or provoke Ashley's (and her supporters) attacks. One can only hope that this works and Ashley also moves on (and I really hope not simply to another target). I agree that Ashley has many other issues that go far beyond this drama with Caila. I honestly would advise her to seek professional treatment and soon. All JMO.

I think by now Ashley has been vilified far more than she has vilified Caila, so I can understand her wanting to get her side of the story out there. And I know if someone was bullying me and writing total lies about me, I would not go drawing attention to them, calling the bully a good person and saying how sorry I am for how they've been treated due to people not liking their bullying. They are not in school and Ashley's not threatening Caila with violence. She's already put everything she has out there, so there's no reason for Caila to play nice in hopes of avoiding further bullying. It's all been said already. That's why I tend to think there's some truth to what Ashley wrote and Caila's conscience isn't letting her watch Ashley get torn to shreds while people are feeling sorry for her. There might've been some misinterpretation at play in this whole mess, but I think it says something when pretty much every cast member who was there at the same time Caila was, is against her. They all knew Ashley was a jealous unstable mess, so the idea that they're just blindly following her lead in bullying Caila is laughable to me. JMO.

What does seem different from SC story is the amount of ranting about the edit. AI says she asked a producer she is close to what to do and producer told her to confront Calia about it. AI then goes on and on about how her convo with Calia was heavily edited to the point of not making sense. She talks about things she said in ITMs at a different time being spliced into her confrontation with Calia scene. Also said Nick told her after she did the right thing. She goes off on CH for saying (on the show) that Jared and Calia had a love story and AI sabotaged it.

She pretty blatantly said in recap that producers omitted her telling Calia what Amanda reported Calia said because producers don't want viewers to think anything dramatic or "incriminating" is said off camera.

The rant about editing included inconsequential details about things on her date with Wells were shown out of order-something about the lantern. She also implied that they deliberately let her sleep in the morning Jami arrived; apparently they usually wake them early and tell them to get ready.

All of the above is based on my memory and paraphrasing what was said.

Now that I read this, I know I read the original one this morning. The link I looked at earlier, was already redirecting to the edited version. At the time I thought she was really pushing it trashing the producers and must be done with them.

I will have to disagree with you strongly if you don't believe that what Caila experienced is bullying. Or that a victim trying to placate a bully means that the bully's actions have been absolved. Caila has agreed that she made mistakes. She's written about it and said as much in interviews. The issue for me was never that Ashley had just randomly made up a lie. I think the conversation that took place between Amanda and Caila was misconstrued. Ashley said in the article that Caila had said she was misinterpreted when Ashley confronted her. Caila wasn't as into Jared as he was into her, this was known by both parties. Caila said that she was 70% into Jared (as retold by Carly), and she also said to Jared that she just wanted to keep hanging out and take things slow.

Ashley's vilification by the public isn't only tied to people thinking she lied about Caila. Her vilification in my opinion is based on her obsessive actions towards Jared, and her use of slurs. Then there was her saying she wanted to scratch Caila's eyes out, her mocking of Caila's eyes, and her use of social media to pile on after the show finished filming. IMO Ashley's vilification would've happened regardless if Caila had been there. Ashley's focus would've been another girl Jared was dating, as Ashley displayed with her language towards Shushanna when she went on a date with Wells.

Ashley is an unstable mess willing to bully people who go against what she wants. That's reason enough IMO for other members of the cast to side with her. They're also her friends and were never close to Caila to begin with. I don't find it laughable in the least that they would choose to protect and support Ashley. All JMO.
