Trying to decide when to make the official #TheBachelor announcement... Either some time after the Olympiad, or when I hit 100k followers.
Olympics closing ceremonies are Sunday August 21st. I wouldn't be surprised if the official announcement is Mon-Tues on AP. This will fall in line with Ben's announcement. He's only at 67K followers, so it won't be when he reaches 100k.
I cannot see MF announcing it on twitter, if he does, that's pretty low of him IMHO

It's Luke IMO. I think he's the most popular. More followers in IG/twitter over Chase and Robby. And I feel like he really is some sort of romantic fantasy to fans--all the Nicholas Sparks references. I like Chase too and he's really cute. But I just feel like they won't pick anyone else when Luke is an option. (kind of like last year when, why would they pick anyone else when Ben Higgins is an option). They just have that "perfect" husband quality...not to mention that steryotypical "The Bachelor" quality , jmo.

Yesterday Luke had on his snapchat of a bottle of champagne, it was a smaller bottle with one glass on a tray being served by someone, though you can't see their head It was captioned "champagne shortage" I think this might be another clue, along with the "good luck" dessert.
