Vera Wang?? great dresses, but aren't they really pricey?? I suppose y'all are assuming they'll be a televised wedding and MF will be footing the bill.

Even if the wedding isn't televised, someone will comp her a dress for the exposure/publicity. I don't think she needs to worry about that.

How many times have we seen who designed DeAnna Pappas' dress? I'm sure she didn't buy that dress. She was B'ette in 2008. People will be all over Ashley and Ali for a couple more years. They will get a free dress, trust me! LOL!

So agree with you, ironcat. This is one mature, heads-on-straight couple. Every interview I've seen them do, they seem surrounded by an aura of mutual affection and CALM - I love that about them. It is so obvious that JP adores her - can't hide it - and during the show as well as post-season, he was and is always looking out for her, he cherishes her. This is something most women want in a relationship, I think. I do not for one minute think Ashley is weak, insecure, or unhealthily dependent - I never did. They both complement each other, and they are both stable, intelligent adults. Of all the couples from this franchise, Ashley and JP are my absolute favorites. I have no doubt whatsoever that they will have a long and happy life together, whatever may come their way. The most important thing in a marriage is good communication, and they seem to have developed that during their difficult season and in spite of TPTB pressure. I am very happy for them. :claphands

Anders, aren't we all praying for that?!!!!! I'm hoping somehow down the line, after they've settled down a bit, JP and Ashley will decide to reward their fans with an ABC televised wedding. They don't seem to be bothered at all with tweets and posts from their fans - they actually seem to be enjoying it, so maybe, just maybe......

In that last interview that he did for that penny auction site, he mentioned that they have to save for a wedding. At this point, level heads are prevailing and the are taking one step at a time ... her finishing school, moving, finding a bigger place, finding a job ... They've got a few months before a wedding can be the top priority so I'd like to back pedal on that and let them let things take a natural course. I like how they are handling things now ...

I ditto that, Thomigirl! That is one hot one! As for Deanna's dress, I hope I don't offend anyone here - don't mean to, but I personally have never cared for her - always thought she was fake, and still feel she is one of those fame.....s you're all talking about! I'd love to be proven wrong, but she doesn't put out realness vibes to me, and I couldn't care less about her. JMO
