I believe that is the exact style Brad gave to Emily. Ashley's doesn't have the split band of diamonds or all the way around the band.

When the engagement ends under a certain length of time, the ring has to be returned. Just out of curiosity, does anyone know who finally ends up with the ring? Where do all of these extremely expensive rings go? Who winds up with these rings? For all we know, they could be buffed up, put back in the box, and offered as re-treads. affraid

These Bachelors are not paying for these $60K -90K rings that they are "giving" to the Bachelorettes. They really don't know the origin of the ring that they pick out except that it is in the box that the jeweler is holding as opposed to a real life situation where a man can ostensibly be assured that when he purchases a ring from a jeweler, it is a "new" ring - that is to say, he can be assured that the ring has not been previously worn.
Now, if the question were presented to Chris Harrison, I have no doubt that even if he were flustered, he would swear up and down that diamond had just come (straight) from the finest diamond mine in Africa(?) or wherever they mine diamonds. Please excuse my ignorance on that one, but it is not one of my fields of expertise. I do know that they sell marvelous diamonds in Amsterdam, Holland, though. :thumb

I think Shayne "I'm ready for my closeup" Lamas was allowed to keep her Tacori ring. BFFs with Mike Fleiss helps I guess.

Remember when they used to use all of those very ornate Tacori rings? The early seasons used Winston.

I hated the Tacori rings. Way too fussy. Plus, they seemed kind of cheap in comparison to the Winston rings. The switch to Neil Lane has been a welcome change back in the right direction. Plus his armchair psychology cracks me up.
