I do think the incidents described in the book happened. I think he and Andi are both very dominant personalities who were destined to clash. A softer personality like Amanda will get along better with Josh's stronger personality. I think this is why so many of us think it's perfect and don't question it.

Good point about Emily and Jason's multiple proposals and engagements. At least with Amanda and Josh they've probably spent every second together instead of a 1-on-1 date here and there and 15 minutes on group dates and cocktail parties and there's no other people in the equation here. An engagement on BiP makes more sense than on the main show really.

It's kind of a wash, really. On The Bach/ette, it's 8 weeks (I mean, really, is getting engaged after 8 weeks that much more rational than 2.5 weeks?!) But in those 8 weeks, you have multiple other partners involved, and faaaaar less quality time. In Paradise, you have the opportunity to be with the one person, singularly focused 24/7. Like  I said, it's a wash. And debatable with what the more "sane" format to get engaged in (Neither is sane, IMO, it's a TV show in both cases. )

Seriously. I actually think as far as total time goes, BiP probably allows for significantly more time for anyone there within the first week, if you're with the same person the entire time.

We don't know how the ex-will play into all this. 
It may be more lucrative for her to stay single. IDK. We don't know those details.

I agree. If they have a disagreement she won't burn his clothes in the fireplace. She is a calm voice but strong when needed.

I don't know who Jen even is but as woman interested for the health and welfare of all women, I can only hope she too stays away from Ick Vile.

If they flew in Michelle's daughter and Cody didn't even propose, I'd hope they'd bring down Amanda's daughters if there was going to be a proposal.

Michelle's daughter went to Paradise? I don't remember that... But it's not like I was paying close attention to Cody Code and Michelle $$.

Yeah, if she went, no way in crap Kinsley and Charlie won't. I honestly have a feeling this season will mostly be The Josh and Amanda: Redeption Tour show. Throw in some Mama Murray action on that beach, one big full circle family.

Yall I can't wait for the Jam cover stories once they're engaged. I'm obsessed already!
