No it's a dress from a photoshoot she did with us weekly, they ran their cover with Jojo in that dress for their bad boy of the bachelor article last week. Someone posted the us weekly cover & full article in the SM thread IIRC.

The person doesn't run Apple. They're in upper management. As a fan of the franchise if I was in upper management for a company where I had insider information I could share to expose a liar and a cheat I'd send it RS or who ever else would listen JMO
