Questions arise from these points:
- if he deleted his profile when he had access to it, why did the IT not say last activity was in May?
- if his account is set to auto-renew, why is Apple's email saying it is going to terminate on 6/13 and if he didn't want interruption, he would go into settings. That's exactly the same email I get from Apple for my linked in subscription where auto-renew is turned off.
