I completely agree with this. The confident, strong woman is just a facade after what we've seen imo. She likes who she is with BBJ most- totally following his lead in everything and letting him dominate. I don't think it's any coincidence that her top 3 were all in the alpha BB clique. Yeah. I've always felt like she seemed she was following a script from her HTD on. Even before that with the "not being able to open up" and bringing up her terrible relationship history every other second. And her background, it's just soooo intertwined with this show - so preordained and inorganic. Maybe this is why I could never get totally on board.
On paper, I recognize, she's beautiful, gorgeous, friendly, charasmatic, extremely popular, kind, gracious. But for me, something is missing and I've never totally connected with her. She just feels very Shayne Llamas to me or something.
All just my opinion, and I know I'm in the minority.
If you will look shyly around you will see there are quite a few of us standing beside you. ; ) I agree with everything you said. Of course, I didn't get on the Jo love train last season because to me there is just something so off about her...
