I think a lot of the show is based on TMI. One of the link's posted earlier was talking about another couple. I was whoa, you talk about this for the masses to watch or read about?? Rubber necking and overkill the roadkill.

Yeah, in Sean and Cat's season, they had them act out foreplay/sex with dolls. Very TMI, although I guess it's an important part of couples therapy.

It does show how selfish and inconsiderate Tanner is though. IMO.

Aaaagh! There just is not enough money in the world for me to go on a TV show and discuss my sex life like that, real or manufactured. If they really do have these issues, seems like the shilling pays more than enough to pay a therapist for private counseling about very private issues. JMO no no

They must have had some idea of what they were getting into. Didn't they watch the show beforehand? I wouldn't do that show for $1 dollars. JMHO.

But why is she unhappy and surprised? She signed on to their marriage to be treated as a sex object who gets rewarded with nice bags. Why be surprised that's what she is? That was their arrangement. Imo.
