Agreed. This was not a random Ben reference, but defending herself against her nasty exes attack. I don't see her waxing poetic but pissed that her douchey ex is saying that crap.

Also explains why she might have kept Jordan even with trust issues. She says Chad lied about her what if others were lying about Jordan?

Well, she certainly got over him really quickly. Sorry but that scene reminds me of Ali throwing her tantrums. It's laughable that a US mag just happened to be on the coffee table. Might be funny how they segue into her looking into that . Acting will be involved.

Yup...the acting just continues.

^ It was actually an In Touch magazine. I don't think there's going to be any acting. In the clip, you actually see Elan in the window and he's standing there looking at her. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if a producer flat out showed it to her after she got back from her date with Jordan. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if production purposely waited to show her the magazine until her date with Jordan because they probably knew she liked him best. Production likes to mess with the leads and contestants because it benefits them and the television show they're making. To go from having fun, to questioning Jordan, to getting over that and having fun again, to getting back to your hotel finding out that your ex is speaking to a tabloid? Yeah, I would be a confused and angry hot mess too.

If I was JoJo, I would be pissed too if my ex did what Chad did. I don't think there's any acting there.

She got over him in four months because she saw that he loved someone else so much more. Just because she claims that Ben was her best relationship/love doesn't mean it was supposed to be forever. Just that he showed her that respectful love does exist and that she can enjoy it.

I don't get the JoJo hatred because of her relationship with Ben. She has been nothing but respectful to Ben and Lauren and never really even made Ben squirm because of the ILY. She and Lauren appear to have a lot of mutual like and respect on SM, so IMO JoJo has handled being a let down F2 who got an ILY with a lot of dignity and respect towards the happy couple. She is not responsible for the action of her fans just like BenLo are not responsible for the actions of theirs. JMO.

I did not see acting on her part in that crying scene.

I did see a bit of acting during her HTD with Ben but then Ben was acting through more than half his season himself so NBD

I'm just sooooooooooooooo over the constant Ben (and Lauren, to a lesser degree) mentions. I'm sure it's not entirely Jo's fault, I'm sure there is some producer prodding going on, but JoJo is most certainly a willing participant. We've been recycling for how many seasons? I think this is hands down the most mentions a previous season ever got. For a girl that's so hung up on the 5 dates she had on camera with Ben, and how he was "her great love" that it "changed her outlook, her life, showed her what she deserved," to choose Jordan. Oh, ok. Sadz all around.

@sosleepy I honestly think TPTB are pushing an end of summer wedding for BenLo and think they pushed JoJo to talk about him and them. 

In this one case it was all her but I give her a big pass since she was reacting to her exes hateful and hurtful words. I think anyone would be pissed if an ex claimed that the had fakes feelings with someone else. I would be pissed and would talk about it too. JMO.

Well, I mean, most leads weren't the F2 person and weren't told repeatedly by the lead from their first season that they were in love with them, that they couldn't picture their life without them, that they were best friends, etc. The list goes on. Good job Ben! Of course the producers are going to want some of that in the season, especially early on.

Ben is being brought up here for a legitimate reason.
