He said Derek was the new whipping boy and that it doesn't sit well with the guys that JoJo gave him the rose for reassurance. To me that means he's the new target among the guys now that Chad is gone and that's why Derek calls them mean girls. Probably a lot of whining and complaining about how unfair it all is and we know Alex is an expert at that. All JMO.

I've watched all the seasons, but I've never seen such catty men in my life... They are way worse than any of the women have ever been. I bet Alex's military bro's are ashamed of how he's acting. Such a little man complex....IMO...Also it shows that it wasn't all Chad's fault that he acted the way he did. Not making excuses for him tho....

I just think Derick is abit whinny and a tattle tale, I mean he tattles on Chad to Jojo. If he needed reassurance then am sure he is the one with the jealousy issues as per the episode guide.

Am sure he was probably jealous of Robby, Jordan and Chase and Alex closeness. We have seen those four especially Robby, Jordan and Chase are always together
