Stanley Cup Final schedule
Golden Knights will play Lightning or Capitals in Game 1 on May 28

The Vegas Golden Knights will play either the Tampa Bay Lightning or Washington Capitals in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final on Monday, May 28.

The Lightning and Capitals will play Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Final at Amalie Arena on Wednesday (8 p.m. ET; NBCSN, CBC, SN1, TVAS), with the winner advancing to the Cup Final.

If the Lightning win, Game 1 would be in Tampa. If the Capitals win, Game 1 would be at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

The Golden Knights, playing their inaugural season, reached the Final by defeating the Winnipeg Jets in five games in the Western Conference Final.

The Golden Knights went 2-0-0 against each team this season.

Rooting for whichever team can beat VGK in the finals. I'm a bitter leafs fan who might spiral into depression if Vegas wins the cup their first year in the league when we haven't won since '67.

No Kelly Hrudey and company, I am not rooting for Ovechkin because he's worked so hard for a SC. They all work hard for a SC. They don't all intentionally injure other players like Ovechkin does.

well since Vegas touched it first hopefully that means Caps will win ;) Would be nice if Ovi won his first cup.

Please no Game 7 since Kings won their 2nd trophy on June 13th!!
