Me too!! and yes he's so annoying!! I love how every time he has a press conference or speaks to the crowd right before the SC is handed out, NHL fans boo him laugh out loud

Alex Ovechkin says he's going whether the NHL comes to an agreement or not. I heard that the other night. I think there's something brewing between the players.

If Gary Bettman thinks the World Cup of Hockey will make the players forget about the Olympics, he is sadly mistaken. That was Alex Ovechkin's message on Thursday at media day for the World Cup as he declared he would participate in the 2018 Olympics even if the NHL does not.

"It's a situation when you don't know what's going to happen," Ovechkin said. "Obviously, I said I'm going to play."

When asked to clarify if he meant he would go regardless of the NHL's decision, Ovechkin confirmed that he would, saying, "I will go there."

He's 40 years old! Arizona is playing Toronto. Austin Matthews plays for Toronto, first draft pick overall, he grew up watching the Coyotes and Shane Doan and is from Arizona. He wasn't even born when Shane scored his first NHL goal! Amazing fun facts.

IIHF I'm so sorry to Sweden. 11 times to the semi finals, and they loose again.

My dh watched both games although didn't record enough for the shootout in the US game. I think I'll watch the final game. It's a win-win for us although we tend to root for Canada in anything hockey.

I've been watching a lot of them. It's going to be a great game. Both teams played 4 games, USA is 4-0 Canada is 3-1, they lost to the USA.

These kids are unbelievable.

2-0 Canada, American's tie it up 2-2 Canada scores two quick goals, 4-2 American's tie it up 4-4

Tie game, going into OT

These kids are something else. It's like watching NHL.
