^ Yep, it is. It's her friends, or friendly acquaintance, company. Whenever you buy something they donate a shirt to some charity. JoJo and a few of her friends modeled some of their clothing last summer, so the pictures are old.

I think it's just the angle. It doesn't look as much like her, but sometimes that happens in a picture. She looks more like Becca in that picture! (I always thought they strongly resembled each other)

It's the weird mouth and jaw area. They both have it and could be why they both visually bug me.

To me it looks like her hair went lighter. More ashy.

Professional photo manipulation (filters) on the Bachelorette promo photo's. They add colors to create the desired tone/contrast and make certain features appear smaller/more defined. It's especially noticeable around the jaw/neck area JMO
