Agreed! I don't need an A in AP Chem to see some fun chemistry happening here. Woohoo! Go Jo. She's a passionate girl so I can only see her with an equally passionate man.

Yeah, in reality some of the cutest moments we've seen between a lead and a contestant or a lead and their F1 are all captured on film as we end up seeing it on the show.

Yup Jojo seems way more into him than anyone else (that we've seen so far) and it certainly seems to be reciprocated. I wonder then what all the drama RS keeps referring to is about

Really gushy, fan-girly post ahead warning ...

AHH I'm so excited for this season!  Saw the promo last night and had to pop in and peek. She looks gorgeous and I love the she's the Boss and Confident angle. Maybe for once TPTB will let the woman actually deftly handle these men, while the guys get run over by the busses, here's hoping.  It's so great to see a lead with such obvious (IMO) star quality and ease at being on tv. To me she just has the "it" factor that you hope for in a lead.  She comes across as so much more an adult, in control woman, than her age would suggest IMO. She looks amazing on night one and in the promo. I can't wait to see all her clothes.

I also probably already need a Jojo and Jordan fan thread for myself because from the day he was announced I was a bit giddy about him and then when she was announced it seemed a no brainer to me they'd be super hot together (Although him pulling a Brooks or being a decoy to the real F1 wouldn't shock me).  Also, the guy earlier from the  concert date?  They looked great together with lots of chemistry too, so if there are a couple pairings like that, plus Jojo handling the goofy, drama guys like a Boss, and looking amazing doing it, I'm going to have a fun summer with the Ette.  Can't wait!

This is Tptb, no matter how confident the woman starts out, they always manage to put her down somehow. The only one who survived was Emily but she was stone cold imo with what seemed to be an iron clad contract. I dunno. I'm worried for Jo, especially if Jordan is about to bail and she has no idea.

I know you're right Alanna. Drama, tears and a broken-spirited Bachelorette is part of the template. I'm sure it's still coming. At least they're letting Jojo start off looking like a confident, in control woman. Maybe because of the bad reaction to last year's two Ettes disaster they're just marketing it differently.

I hope RS is wrong on Jordan's intentions. If he wants a career in broadcasting being a jerk to JoJo wouldn't seem like a good idea. I am sure he didn't come on for love, but I am hoping that like JP if he is F1 that he found love anyway. They have great chemistry in those pics, much better than Robby's HTD, but we haven't seen Chase or Luke, so it could be a tighter race than we think.

At this point Des was still gushy with Brooks and Chris, Andi was still gushy with Josh and Nick and Kaitlyn was still cuddly with Nick and Shawn. I think JoJo probably knows who she wants, just not 100% sure it is Jordan until we see her with Luke and Chase. But it is nice to see JoJo that happy looking. All JMO.

Yeah. I'm not sure I understand the reasoning that he won't want to be F1 because of his career ambitions? Isn't being part of a final couple and having several months of post show media attention the best exposure one could get, in terms of media opportunities? It is, IMO, unless he wants/is already set up as next Bachelor (which wouldn't surprise me). But if they hit it off and both are seeking the spotlight, or more opportunities, it seems coming out of it as a popular couple is as good a result as any other.

And re the bolded. I soooo agree. You can come on for whatever reason, but if you fall in love you fall in love, IMO. There are humans with hearts afterall and it can strike even if it's not what you planned for initially. So I'll wait and see before losing an optimistic view of it for now. I'm totally TeamJoJo so I just hope she doesn't get blindsided or crushed by any TPTB shenanigans and gets the guy she wants in the end.

Unless he's totally a horndog who just wants to sleep around, being 1/2 of a pretty couple from this show is worth way more than being the f2 imo. Of course if he wants to be the lead, that's a different story altogether.

After reading RS' "2 narrative, this is a TV show" bla bla bla comments for 2 days, I'm convinced that he is prepping people for something. My immediate guess is that he has heard something different from whatever his original source said. Perhaps he was told Jordan will kick grass before the season ends, because brand promotion. And now he is, once again perhaps, hearing that he is there for the long haul. This is why he wants to see how things "play out" so he'll know which story to run with.

Also, once RS starts to discredit a cast even before the season airs (all that talk about Jordan's family situation ) imo, that person isn't following the script he had written for them, in his head. He becomes jealous and obsessed with certain casts.

I do like the vibe between JorJo.
