^ IF he was spotted (and its him).. he might have been eliminated, right? Don't handlers have these guys on lockdown if they are still in?

I dont think he lives in Katy anymore unless he's visiting his family.

Wouldn't he of gone back to his home if he was eliminated? I am wondering if he is actually in Katy, was out exercising to pass the time before his htd?

The tweeter said she saw him in Katy. I'm not sure if they'd be letting him jog around a track in public, but who knows.
Otoh, they may just be thumbing their noses at rs.

It's true, he doesn't live there anymore but does live in Marriott Georgia so I am wondering if he is actually there for a htd. Like you said, maybe they are thumbing their noses at RS for all we know. Hasn't any others left their hotel rooms before on htd's?

Not sure how recent his MySpace pictures are but he does not have those tattoos in any of his MySpace photos... I'm not on Twitter but maybe someone who is can ask if they know him or just speculating?
