Claudia earns a living as a blogger, traveller, model, brand ambassador and fashion designer. She spends a lot of time in Bali where her fashion label is based and you can always catch her in either a bohemian dress or a bikini. Her proudest moment to date is having a Paris Hilton buy three of her dresses.
What is something about you that most people don’t know?
People often think I’m Tahitian, Hawaiian or Latin American but my dad is Irish and Kiwi and my mum is Spanish and Filipino.
Describe your dream man
My dream man loves the beach, water, sunshine and travel. He is into health and fitness, likes to cook and has an amazing personality. I want him to be successful as it’s nice to have a mentor and he should have a great smile.
What do you think your motto will be for your time on The Bachelor New Zealand?
“Make the most of it and have fun”.

The Bachelor NZ: 'I'd love to see Naz win' - Claudia
In a shock turn of events, The Bachelor NZ's Jordan Mauger farewelled bliss ball beauty Claudia Conaglen during Tuesday night's episode.
Conaglen, who quickly formed a strong alliance with fellow bachelorette and this season's villain Naz, said she had "no idea" she'd be the one to go.
"It was a surreal experience, something not every girl would do," she said on Wednesday morning. "It's very different to the real world."
The fashion blogger and swimwear designer said the social media backlash hasn't been easy to deal with, as Conaglen and "best friend" Naz were readily targeted on Twitter.
"I try and do everything in a positive light, I laugh it off really. They don't know me for me, my true friends and family know me."
"Naz and I are best friends in the mansion, but I do get along with everyone else in the mansion, but you don't get to see that," she said.
Behind the scenes I'll go for walks with the other girls, or do boot camps. I got along with everyone, so it was a shame that you only got to see that side of me."
When asked what the most talked about bachelorette Naz is like in real life, Conaglen admits
"I like the fact that she is confident, I mean, I'm confident, but she is very, very confident."
"I think (the comments) are a little bit (too far), you don't see how we're portrayed. The whole hit-list thing, I'm just glad I wasn't on the hit-list," she laughed.
On Tuesday night, Bachelor viewers watched Conaglen, Naz and fellow contestant Gab set sail on a group date with Mauger.
When Gab and the bachelor sailed off to shore for some "one-on-one time", Conaglen shocked viewers by watching on with a pair of binoculars.
"(Group dates) are a bit awkward, I would have liked that one-on-one time," she said.
"I was shocked (to go home). Every week it just shocks me who goes home. Last week, when Lindsey went home, I thought she'd won the whole paintball shooting you know, she was the last man standing and she got sent home that night. It's not about skills, it's about who Jordan has a connection with."
Conaglen said she was "surprised to go" particularly because she felt that she and Mauger "shared a lot in common".
"He likes to travel, I like to travel, he's adventurous and we're both tanned, obviously."
The budding designer and blogger said she "doesn't know" why social media took aim at her comments about "dressing Paris Hilton".
"I don't know why they kept repeating that?" she said.
"I've been doing my fashion brand for seven years, I'm in 15 stores in Bali, I still run it but not to that extent anymore because it's just so saturated in Bali at the moment."
While the public scrutiny may be too much for some, Conaglen is not deterred, as the designer eyes up a career in television presenting.
"I've been doing classes for TV, I did a few last week," she said.
When asked who of her fellow bachelorettes could trump them all and leave the competition with Mauger's heart, Conaglen believes contestants Fleur, Storm and Naz are in it to win it.
"Of course Naz, I've got Naz's back, team Naz."
"I'd love to see Naz win. She's the type of girl that goes for what she wants, so I definitely think she's going to go very far."
Conaglen said if given the opportunity to do it all again, next time she'd "have more than one best friend."

Interview with Claudia where she surprisingly comes across a lot better than she did on the show.
Also - she said that she was glad that she wasn't on Naz's hit list and found the whole thing awkward.

How to make Claudia's Bliss Balls
She arrived on The Bachelor bearing goodies for Jordan, and now we can reveal what's really behind the guilt-free treat.
Claudia Conaglen, blogger, designer and home cook, has shared her personal recipe with Scout readers.
The delightful goodies are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. Yup, they must be good for you.
1 cup of almond meal or LSA.
2 scoops of vegan protein powder.
2 T natural peanut butter.
2 T cacao powder.
7-10 dates.
1/3 cup of almond milk or coconut milk.
A pinch of salt.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Use wet hands to roll the mixture into into balls (think ping pong size), and then roll into coconut.
