It would make sense given most of the girls on the 50s date were featured in this set of pics and it could be the lighting/filter by the photographer (or a really bright day) that makes her hair seem so blonde?

Long Light Blonde hair girl was in the same 50s shoot with Polka Dot girl and her hair was much darker than when she wore her blue shirt so it is definitely possible that it is Polka dot girl.
