She looks the same as she did from M&G and her first 1-1 date with Ben. To me it's the weight loss and makeup that's throwing people off nothing more.

I haven't read the entire thread and this is my first post this season. Although, I'm probably a bigger fan of Jo Jo, I felt Lauren loved Ben more and she is a better match for Ben. However, when they announced Jo Jo as Ette last night with Ben on stage...I saw sadness in his eyes and flash backs to the prior feelings he tucked away. I almost felt sorry for him. I thought he knew Jo Jo was going to be the Ette...but watching his expression...I dont think so. IMO, in that moment he was not sure how to feel and it threw him a little. No, I don't think be has any regrets about his F1 but feelings are still a little too present for comfort to discuss the never ending interviews bringing it up. All, just my opinion.

I think she got veneers or Botox, whatever, everyone does it. No biggie imo.

It's interesting to me that the girls gained weight (I've read Ali and others say it's a common thing in the show) and Ben wrote in his People blog that he lost 15 lbs during this process. He must've been really stressed out! He did it to himself, but imo it's because he's so sincere and earnest, that he made himself dig deep and really delve into every relationship. Glad it's over!!

I agree and couple this with the fact he is tired. Not a good combo. I bet they "discuss" it later.

Agreed, making up is the best part!

But I don't even see that happening in this case. I really don't see a big deal. It seems like something he is aware of probably as stated above an inside joke. Either way I do not see this as belittling IMHO.

So he breathes heavy and she mentioned it. Far better than bringing up his pesky habit of telling other women he loves them.

Sorry, JMO, She seems to have gotten over ILY and JoJo is my best friend pretty well. Ben can handle a little criticism or he isn't worth it.

I don't think a comment like "Ben breathes too loud" or "Lauren likes to sleep in" has any effect on how long their relationship will last. I'm sure they know that they don't poop rainbows and burp butterflies and are aware of each other's flaws, having been together 4 months in private. And listening to what Ben said about them being isolated in the mansion with nothing to do with those couples of days, I'm sure they learnt more about each other and their little own habits.


Not that I thought otherwise before but some of the reactions here and SM just reinforced the notion that I would never ever....ever go on the show. I don't think I can handle all these strangers commenting (sometimes directly) how my new relationship wouldn't last or how they give it 6 months or how some other girl is a better choice for my fiance than me. Lauren and all those f1 that have weathered this storm before certainly are brave and strong.
