As someone who works very, very closely with the sport of triathlon, it's great to see him entered in an Ironman. Hope he completes it and gets to hear himself called an Ironman as he crosses the finish line.

@crunchette yes that's the challenge. My friend travelled extensively both times to be there with her son. It's gruelling and just to participate is an accomplishment in itself IMO.

What's telling is Kaitlyn's reaction. She didn't even flinch....that tells me it's a common occurence.

I loved K's snap of Shawn getting ready for bed while listening to the song she wrote. It was only ten seconds long, but I really loved what I heard.
