So it appears as though Danny, Alana and I think Richie's mum are on a plane headed somewhere together?!?! Mid filming break?

Interesting...maybe as [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] suggested, Richie will be at the Logies on the 8th May and they're going to visit him...but that's in 2 weeks so not sure.
I just realised that if he's at the Logies, he'll probably see Sam there for the first time since his elimination  [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

From what I know they flew together and visiting Richie to celebrate his birthday. I don't believe it is a mid-filming break but rather that they don't film every day (even if not traveling) so spending that time with him. Not sure if his mom and sister will be filming segments/ITMs or something to do with dates but possibly.

I think Sasha will be with Sam and if the Bette is announced before then then possibly Richie with the new Bette. I am not sure though as they may want the focus to be on just Sam and Sasha and Osher and not the new Bette so maybe just Richie or maybe not? Not sure...

Do they normally have a mid season break?

I have never heard of a mid-filming break for past AU seasons so not sure. I was only told that Richie's family and friend will be seeing him for his birthday.

Past contestants have said before though that they don't film every day. Sam F's season the guys only filmed M-F. Not sure what Richie's season is like exactly but thinking that they may not film every day?

The guys on Sam's season said they were able to go away on weekends for some planned events and also they had planned outings to go watch movies, go bowling etc, so it seems they had time off.

From what I recall Sam Wood said he didn't film every day either but I am not sure if they film M-F since sleuthing shows pics spoiled on weekend days so maybe breaks may be during the week? Not sure

Just to add: Richie's friend and family was at his Bachelor pad and his friend took snapchats. Richie seemed very happy and his usual self. He was jumping on trampoline with his sister and in jumping into the pool.

It seems it was for only around 2 days that his friend was there and likely family too. Not sure yet on whether they flew back already as well.

I am glad everyone is okay especially Osher and Richie. Thankfully from the description Osher said he didn't even know he had damage to the car until later on so it sounds like all is well.

The info about the RC is interesting though - an emotional RC? I can't wait to see what happens! I wonder if intruders have arrived? :shocked!:
