In the past I seem to remember them bleeping a perfectly PG word just to make it seem like it was a "bad word". My guess is that they will edit this to push the envelope - get rid of some of the swear words but leave it pretty clear what they bleeped - or bleep more than they have to to make it look even worse than it was.

This is an outrageous situation and an embarrassment but fascinating in a "can't look at it / can't look away from it" way. I just wonder though - is this a "main event" or is it just a "side show" leading to something even more over the top later on?

This wasn't something they came up with, like the sex-ed talk, last season. It's a real event that happens in the LA area with regular speakers, mostly comedians. The regulars went first then took the casts outside to teach them on how to write their monologues, according to reports. I'm sure if anyone care to dig, one of the producers, or their friends, might be a part of that show and is going for free publicity. They do this all the time. I said this earlier, anyone who's seen a production of the Vagina Monologues will get the premise.

As for later in the season, unless the remaining dates take the same format, by episode 5 no one, aside from those who will hold it as ammunition, will be talking about this. If the dates move on to other adventurous/beach/face your fears/ sport type stuff, Jojo, by her actions will determine if sex becomes the "main event."

Well said. I couldn't agree more. 1 date such as this isn't going to define a whole season. I will also say, IMO, since a lot of it will be edited, most people will find this hilarious.

I feel like TPTB really want to keep the franchise in the forefront of the viewers' minds right now as they are filming, so I look forward to what information continues to be leaked and sleuthed at this time. This will be my first time coming to the boards while a season is being filmed. I am interested in what the "storyline" they will be giving to JoJo will be and how they will portray that.

I wonder when the guys get out of the limo if a couple of them might have "jobs" like "escort", "gigolo", "hustler'??  Based on the sex talk group date I am betting on travel to Las Vegas and/or Amsterdam.   This season must be MF's fantasy fulfillment.  All trash.....no class.  Gross.    

How low can they go.....no one can know.

So am I. At this point it's pretty hard to see what it is - usually we don't really get much of an idea until we start to see the edited version airing. I do believe that this latest GD is going to shake things up a bit. IMO the public perception up until now of JoJo has been largely formed by what was seen on Ben's season where she was edited to look like a plausible alternative to Ben's F1 - someone who said "Gosh" instead of using the Lord's name and was definitely G rated. When viewers see her getting bleeped frequently, laughing and talking publicly about her sexual experiences, I think that perception is going to change; it's going to look more like an "Emily Maynard" turning into an "Amy Schumer" to them. If they planned this date and what went on during it into the mix, IMO it's going to somehow be reflected in the storyline - everything is.

I would imagine there is always a lot of talk like this only we/audiencedon't get to hear about it. I suspect the only difference is it turned into a date. 
Early on in the years of social media, some of us got to see some evidence of extremely wild times TPTB had on off hours.
