I am not trying to slam Lauren. JoJo has had several meaningful conversations with Ben. In addition to the ex making contact, there was the one about why she still had her guard up, which IMO is talking about emotions. Also, the discussion on the pig date, about how difficult the whole process is and how it felt awkward to be in that situation, also about emotions IMO. All I am saying is that I see some real depth to their relationship. It still remains to be seen if it is F1 depth or not. By saying this, I am not trying to say there is no depth to Ben's relationship with Lauren.

^^No problem and btw I'm not saying that Ben does not have some feelings for JoJo because the only time they show his "excitement" is with JoJo. The rooftop "excitement" with LoLo is still debatable. I think another problem is that a lot of JoJo withdrawal and hesitation is from noticing Ben with Lauren's closeness IMO.

^^^ I agree! I see JoJo holding back with Ben. It is like she knows and has seen him around Lauren. I see a different Ben with lauren too. Imo, he seems so in love with lauren. I do like JoJo and would love to see RS "fleissed" again, but don't think it is happening this time. Anything is possible, and maybe next week I will change my mind, but at this point Ben is in love with Lauren and Lauren only. ;)

You know I'm going to jump out on a big limb here and think out loud about why we might have been getting so many references to Jason's season that has at times lead to speculations about a switch and has at least given us warnings about a Mesnick, or a 3/4 Mesnick.

There is something in common between this season and Jason's that no one has mentioned, and it's that on both seasons one of the final two girls had an ex who (perhaps after realizing that his GF was on a dating show and just might end up getting engaged to someone else) decided he wanted her back.

Yes - I know a Mesnick is the tears. I'm just struck by the ex BF that I didn't know existed - let alone wanted another chance - that we learned about on the HTD.

Sorry but I think JoJo leaves this week because of the ex not being an ex.

For some reason I heard before the season started airing that one of the F2 had a boyfriend to go home to .. But for the life of me I can't recall where or when I heard it

It's just reading all the posts every day, it's hard not to remember when something has been mentioned over and over again.
And sometimes over and over and over and over again.
And then as it grows close to the season's end: Over and over and over and over and over again. :shocked!:
