Lauren Bushnell - Bachelor 20 - *Sleuthing - Spoilers* - #3

I think any doubt about the F1 is just a manufactured wannabe foiler and Ben had to play the part and is still playing the part on BL last night. MF tweeted his fave season was Mesnick and then all of a sudden the last BL episode prior to when Olivia leaves (so no drama there anymore) Ben is now in love with two people, blah, blah, blah.

It's so scripted to me at this point that after last year's failed foiler (due to the LEAD) that this year's lead is having to play his role and did play his role on the show with anyone other than someone named Lauren B. This is the same guy, after all, who was spinning his wheels on K's season so he could be The Bachelor. That was his role then. His role now is to say to the media that they will "have to watch" when asked if he has found love.

Sorry MF and co, not buying this story. Try harder next time.

Well according to long time bachelor watchers, Mesnick situation practically kept the show on the air ( although it was not popular ) and I'm sure is thankful for that.

This season is the shows 20th and I think that they are reflecting somewhat even with Ben's season.

I have no doubt that Lauren and Ben built a strong foundation during filming. I think Ben is a man who looks for substance and that is what he found on that first date. He said himself "Lauren went from being a girl that I had a lot of fun with, to someone I really got to dig deep w and talk about life with. She's special." I think they talked about an array of things that night that we didn't get to see from her Strong Christian faith background, her time at whitworth, his parents love and the scare with his fathers health. He said it last night it's the first date where he didn't want it to ever end. I think something magical really happened for him that night. I don't think it's this puppy love and he's merely infatuated. Ben isn't perfect, but he definitely is taking this seriously. I also think he's smart enough not to fall for someone just based off of infatuation. He looks at her adoringly because he adores her, and as a viewer I do as well, probably more so than anyone in a while because she actually seems to be a normal girl with great energy who actually has traits worthy of admiration. She's always smiling and laughing, she's realistic and still a bit of a dreamer, confident in a subtle way, she's open and giving of herself so far with Ben and communicates freely. So no I don't think Ben was just infatuated w her, there's too much meaning behind the way he looks at her, there's substance there.

So I'm not worried in the least. I think they're together right now celebrating Lauren's birthday happy as can be! If anything they just want this to be over so they can be a couple out of hiding.

Just rewatching the RC CP, and we see Jojo's 1-1 ending with an ITM which seems to be a real in the moment... but then her voice/pitch change totally a a Voice over as she goes back to sit with the girls and she says "I just, I forget about other relationships developping" (forget is emphasised).. and next frame cuts to Lauren talking to Ben

Yup... it's just so contrived at this point.

Actually her brother Brett follows Ben on twitter. But I think he might have followed Ben when the season was filming because he's pretty far down Brett's following list. But Brett still follows him as of today when I looked.
