Great post archer! I am happy you didn't miss out on the greatest love story ever told. I am even more happy that TPTB chose this unprecedented edit. Never in the history of this show have they allowed us to see a beautiful love story enfold right before our adoring eyes.

I know that's why anders, Bloomers, and so many of our veteran sleuthers couldn't reconcile the edit. Like Chris said, they through out the rules this season and I couldn't be more thrilled for this wonderful couple. I think they have a real chance at making it and that is something that I always wish for, but don't always "beeleeve", despite my name!

It's not just that he said it; it's the way he said it. His voice got all low and intense, and he gave her the sexiest look. It gives me the vapors every time I watch it. :awesome:

I can't help but laugh at the way I've gotten sucked into this season. I didn't really like Ashley in Brad's season and had no interest in watching her as the Bachelorette. And even though Nick is my BFF's trainer and she was so excited about watching him, I still didn't watch the show until Episode 7, just because I wanted to see a Taiwan travelogue (my brother's been living there for the last 3 years). When I finally watched, something about Ashley and JP's chemistry just lept off the screen for me, and immediately downloaded all the episodes from iTunes, because I wanted to see more of them. Watching all of the episodes back-to-back made it so obvious that the two of them were operating on a completely different level than her relationships with the other guys.

Ashley and JP are ridiculously hot together, but what really made me see the specialness of their relationship is the way they are so honest with each other about their feelings. It spoke volumes that Ashley felt it was so important to be honest with him about Bentley, and what really stood out for me was when she told him she didn't want him to look back and ask, "why didn't you tell me all of this was going on." That's what cemented in my mind that he was her F1 and that she didn't want him to have any doubts when he went back and watched this season. Having not seen everything that led up to Taiwan, I initially wondered why JP was so tense during that episode and being such a partypooper on the group date. But I instantly fell in love with him when he told Ashley straight up that he had been in a really bad mood and that it was because his feelings for her were so strong. I really liked it that he didn't downplay his feelings and told her that everything had changed for him. More than any Bachelor/ette couple I can remember, they communicate so sincerely and honestly with each other. That's what makes me think they can really go the distance.

Anyway, I just want to thank them for making this my favorite season ever. I went from not caring about Ashley to loving her, and I think JP is my favorite guy (or girl) that has ever been on the show, right above Tessa and Jillian. It feels like such a privilege to have watched their love story unfold before our eyes, and I wish them nothing but love and joy in the future.

What a great post. Jash is by far my favorite couple every from the Bach/Bach'ette and JP is a dream come true. Best guy ever on this show. Thanks you for sharing.
