JMO but in a few of her interviews she seemed much calmer and able to articulate her thoughts better.I think people are going to be surprised how well she handles being the lead.The guys are going to go crazy and I hope she finds the one.She really is beautiful and smart.

I agree with others who have mentioned how very sweet and kind she seems. Not to mention classy and beautiful. A breath of fresh air...

I also think she just exudes kindness, reminds me of Des and Ashley. It's great how she does not feed into all the negativity on sm. Good on her

ITA. I think she's pretty well spoken as well, minus the confusing things she had said with Ben   (which I speculate was scripted anyway)
If the spoilers are correct, I'll at least enjoy watching her hair flips and great clothes

I think most of the leads are more articulate the second time around. As contestants they get used to the cameras and I believe they get some help/training in handling press once they are cast as the lead. The more they are in front of the cameras the more comfortable they become and I expect the same from Caila. If she has indeed been cast as the Bette, I will really be looking forward to her season.

I'm not a fan of her taste in shoes, those wedges above and the odd ones she wore on her first date . Nope.

Caila is beautiful and smart. I'm sure she'll be able to talk circles around the guys. TPTB has met they diversity quota with this pick. I will watch how I always do; whenever the mood strikes.

When Caila is 50, she'll look 25. Lucky girl.

She's got a Bachelors in Business from Boston College and majored in Marketing. She learned how to present professionally and since she's been in sales, she has to know how to communicate effectively with people.

Why? Because those are the people that have the MONEY! And that's how salespeople make a living! *LOL*
