Ashley Herbert is ready for babies!

Even though Bachelorette couple Ashley Herbert and J.P. Rosenbaum have only been engaged for a few months, they two reality stars are already talking babies – names, gender, and how their nursery will look!

According to Life & Style magazine, J.P. wants to have two boys, one which he will name Peter.

Ashley wants a girl, but doesn’t care about gender all that much as long as J.P. is happy. ”All Ashley wants is to make him happy,” says the source.

J.P. is in a hurry to start a family. “All of his friends have kids,” a buddy shares. “He used to talk to the other guys in the Bachelorette house about how cute their kids would be. He loves talking about their future family.”

Back when Brad Womack was on The Bachelor, Ashley Hebert and fellow competitor, Ashley Spivey, became fast friends and haven’t lost touch since. Now they’re both living in NYC with the men they love and Ashley S. told HollywoodLife.com all about their plans to double date!

“We have our first double date coming up Saturday,” she told us at the Bliss Fabulips Bachelorette event at Bliss 49 in NYC Aug. 24. “I don’t know yet [where we're going]. We actually need to talk about that tonight. I’m excited for that, but really, I’m just excited for her to be happy and thank God she got someone at the end of that season because I would’ve been just so upset for her if it didn’t happen. I’m just excited to see her happy and get to enjoy being with her in the city.”

Aww there’s nothing like having a strong support system, which is something new ‘Bachelor‘ Ben Flajnik is going to need as he continues his search for true love! Ashley had a few words of wisdon for the 28-year-old wine maker!

“Open up and really enjoy the process for what it is” she said. “Definitely enjoy every moment, don’t get too caught up in some of the producer handlings. Just have fun with it, at the end of the day even if it doesn’t work out for him, there’s someone out there for him. [He should try not] to not put too much stock into it.”

Ashley and JP from The Bachelorette spent this weekend laying low in New York City thanks to Hurricane Irene, but the grass doesn't grow for long under this pair of lovebirds. Scottsdale fans noticed that the happy pair tweeted about playing scrabble, making root beer floats and watching the VMA's over the course of the past few days, and it sounds like they had a wonderful weekend. This was Ashley and JP's first full week living together in New York, and it looks like it was a dream come true for them. From the looks of some notes on Ashley's public Facebook page, they duo will hit the road again next weekend for some family time.

Many fans were tickled to hear that JP and Ashley were planning a weekend to her hometown of Madawaska, Maine. Ashley Hebert shared on her Twitter page a few weeks ago that JP had given her the gift of a weekend together in Maine soon, and many mistook that for their weekend out of town mid-August. While that weekend took them to Florida to celebrate JP's grandfather's birthday, it looks like Labor Day weekend is for the Hebert side.

From a family member's post on her Facebook page, it looks like Ashley finally gets to see her “city boy” in her hometown of Madawaska. The Bachelorette pair is headed to Maine next weekend for a party with the family, and it sounds like the extended family is counting down the days. Ashley fit in beautifully with JP's extended family while in Florida, and there is no doubt JP Rosenbaum will fit in wonderfully with her extended family as well.

Ashley and JP are making their transition from filming to seclusion to regular life seem almost seamless. They have shared that their relationship grew to a whole new level as the show aired, and they said in interviews after the finale that they are more in love now than they were when JP proposed in Fiji. While Ashley had to stay in Philadelphia for a few weeks after the finale to finish dental school, she is now permanently in New York with JP.

It appears that for now the happy Bachelorette lovebirds are embracing life together, and the next big step on their agenda is to find a bigger apartment. While some other media outlets are quick to push that they are already trying for babies or that Ashley will be bailing on her dental career, it appears that they are simply enjoying their engagement and the opportunity to finally be together every morning and evening. Fans hope that they have a great time in Maine, and have no doubt things will go quite well.

The foursome noshed on saffron risotto cakes, a pan-seared grouper dish and sheep's milk ricotta dumplings. "Ashley and J.P. were so lovey-dovey with one another," says an onlooker. "From the moment he got her out of the cab, he couldn't get his hands off her and they were kissing nonstop." As the meal ended, J.P. fed his ladylove her dessert.

Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum spent the long weekend together in Madawaska, Maine. The pair visited with Ash's family and most importantly, her little dog, Boo! The couple enjoyed their time together, but are back to normal today—without Boo!

"Did you guys bring home baby boo?" asked a loyal fan. "Not this trip, but soon," tweeted J.P. It has to be hard for Ashley to leave her pup in Maine while she is in New York City, but for now, that's the way it is. The good news is that Boo (an adorable Yorkie) will be joining his mom—and his new dad—in NYC sometime soon.

At this point, it's unknown if Ashley stayed in Maine or if she made the trip back to NYC with J.P. If she did leave, you have to assume that she is leaving Boo in the care of her sister or her mom. Obviously she can't leave the little guy home by himself for days on end.

Over the weekend, Ashley tweeted a photo of she and J.P. taking a nap, and Boo was curled up behind her leg. He misses his mommy, that much is clear, so hopefully "soon" comes quick!

One of Hebert and Rosenbaum's loyal Twitter followers, Sophie J-C, tweeted them a YouTube video she'd created. The sweet video showed different clips of Hebert with the song Pretty Woman playing in the background...

Ashley Hebert is officially a New Yorker now—and she's been hitting the town for Fashion Week with her reality-television prince, J.P. Rosenbaum.

The Bachelorette star and her man went to Us ' 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers of 2011 party in New York last night (a list they both landed on), and were spotted dancing, kisssing, sipping cocktails and generally appearing to be more in love than ever...

A friend of the reality star told E! News that Ashley "lives [in Manhattan] permanently now," and Ash herself told us she loves the city as she sipped a cocktail.

Though she wasn't wearing her engagement ring, the 26-year-old happily danced to "Moves Like Jagger" for J.P. as he laughed and (sorta) joined in. All night long, the loved-up duo held hands, kissed and whispering in each other's ears.

Also spotted enjoying the bash, held at PH-D at the Dream Downtown, were Michelle Trachtenberg , chef Bobby Flay, La La Anthony and hubby Carmelo Anthony.

EventNow reports Bachelorette Ashley Hebert was at a soiree in New York City the other night, where Us’ magazine was honoring 25 most stylish New Yorkers in the year 2011 and you favorite bachelorette Ashley Hebert was one of the honorees.

The venue was the hip and happening PH-D at the Dream Downtown. This is one of the happening places lately for all the exciting and upcoming events. That is where Us’ magazine hosted their event.

They decided to honor 25 of New York’s most stylish for 2011 and no surprise here, former bachelorette and now New York resident Ashley Herbert was one of them. Now that she has finished school and has permanently moved to New York City to be with her fiancé, she was given this honor, and it is well deserved and she is always very stylish.

Ashley came with her fiancé JP Rosenbaum to the event as well as, LaLa Anthony with her husband Carmelo Anthony, Michelle Trachtenberg, the amazing chef Bobby Flay, etc. and many more others. As the guests arrived they posed for their pictures to be taken by the onsite photographers as they walked the red carpet and found their way towards the event.

When inside, the guests were enjoying the festivities that was so carefully coordinated for everyone to enjoy! The guests got to enjoy various cocktails that the onsite bartending staff had prepared for them while they mingled with the other guests. The wait staff was also passing around some tasty finger food that the catering staff had prepared for the guests to enjoy. The music was amazing as well. Our favorite Ashley Herbert was on the dance floor showing off her moves and her fiancé admiring her from the sidelines which eventually he joined her.
