Ashley said goodbye to Ben, but Ben’s saying hello to increased sales of the wines he makes at Evolve Winery!

While the financial world faced a major crisis as the stock market dropped by roughly five percent on Aug. 4, one business man — Bachlorette loser Ben Flajnik — seemed to be unaffected. In fact, the 28-year-old winemaker — who was the runner up in Ashley Hebert‘s season of The Bachelorette — says fans are showing more interest in his wines! And Ashley’s rejection may just be the catalyst for his Evovle Winery‘s recent spike in popularity!

“There have been quite a few submissions to the Evolve Winery website,” Ben tells Sonoma’s Press Democrat. “I think I have thousands of emails, but I haven’t looked at them.”

In fact, Ben and his partners Mike Benziger and Danny Fay are trying to make their wines affordable to a broader market. “We’ve had a lot of exposure due to the show, and we wanted to expand into a different price bracket,” explains Ben. “We wanted to be able to reach more consumers.”

According to the Press Democrat, Evolve 2009 and 2010 Sauvignon Blancs are priced at $19.99 per bottle and 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon sell for $29.99 on the company’s website as of Aug. 2.

Ben and his team are even coming out with a product that we think is based solely on his experience on The Bachelorette. The new line of wines is called “Epilogue” and should hit the market some time in September!

Local Sonoma wine stores are also noting an increase in sales of Evolve wines. Valley Wine Shack in Sonoma has experienced a jump by 25 to 30 percent. “We looked at each other and said, why is Evolve selling so much recently?” the store’s owner Wendy Smith reveals. “And then we found out a couple weeks later he was on a TV show.”

The 'Bachelorette' star spent her Saturday night, August 6 attending a get-together at Casa La Femme to meet friends of new fiance J.P. Rosenbaum.

Ashley Hebert belly danced during a recent visit to New York City. On Saturday night, August 6, the season 7 star of "The Bachelorette" joined fiance J.P. Rosenbaum at the party thrown at Casa La Femme so that she could meet his friends, and tried her skills on the traditional dance.

An insider told Us Weekly that "Ashley danced with the belly dancers" after she and around 40 guests were treated to huge cupcakes by Cake Boss' Buddy Valastro. The insider added, "She's such a good sport about it." As for the cupcakes, one of them was "red velvet and 9 inches tall". The source added that it was "so heavy" that "it took three of [J.P.'s friends] to pick it up!"

Earlier that day, Ashley and J.P. were seen having breakfast at Coffee Shop in Union Square, before walking around with friends and her sister, Chrystie Hebert-Corns. On Friday night, August 5, the engaged couple got together for a dinner at the Lower East Side's hotspot Beauty and Essex.

About the Friday night dinner, Hollywood Life detailed that the duo enjoyed Hand Cut Prime Steak tartare, grilled cheese, smoke bacon and tomato soup dumplings, whipped ricotta jewels on toast and beef carpaccio. An eyewitness added, "She was wearing a cocktail dress with a deep cut front and he was wearing an oxford tucked into jeans."

"They were having a romantic date," the observer went on to share. "They said they had a great time and would be back. She even left her purse behind and was so relieved when the manager, Jared, was running toward her with it!" The source also noted, "They were really sweet and took pictures with some fans for at least 10 minutes."

So far, so good.

With nary a sign of The Curse in sight, a beaming Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum spent the weekend together in New York City, where J.P. lives.

The made-for-TV couple hung at his pad, had dinner at some hotspots and celebrated their engagement with a party for 40 friends, with Ashley meticulously chronicling their love on Facebook and Twitter.

Ashley, who still has two more weeks of dental school to go, flew in from Philly on Friday. After arriving, the duo had dinner at New York hotspot Beauty and Essex, before heading back to J.P.'s pad.

And based on Ashley's tweet, we gather she'll be back.

"Had the most delicious meal at Beauty and Essex last night!!! Sooooo good! Loving NYC so far!" she tweeted to J.P.

The couple was up early on Saturday, where they strolled to Coffee Shop in Union Square for breakfast.

Making matters even sweeter, J.P. appears to be getting along just fine with Ashley's sis, Chrystie Hebert-Corns, who famously dissed him on the show. Chrystie flew in for the Saturday night bash, and her sister's betrothed even picked her up form the airport. Awwww.

"Both their families were in town, J.P.'s brother Roy was at the party, too," an insider tells E! News. "Ashley stayed with J.P. all weekend. She's going to move some stuff next weekend, but they are moving to a new apartment together and not staying at J.P.'s much longer."

The couple, who were spotted sneaking out a side door of J.P.'s building to head to a big party at the gorgeous Casa La Femme, where they greeted 40 guests, mostly friends of J.P's whom he wanted Ashley to meet.

Guests drank and danced in a private, grassy section of the restaurant filled with roses and bellydancers, and were offered cupcakes made by Cake Boss' Buddy Valastro. Ashley must have dug the sweet treats—afterward she tweeted to Buddy: "Make our wedding cake????"

"It felt like a garden party, but still inside," event coordinator Sarina Salvo tells E! News. "The party was a typical over the top but still wit a homey feel to it. They had a blast. It was a very festive night and the energy was fabulous. The two ofthem were just lovely."

An engagement party? An actual move to be together?

Looks like these two truly are in love. Here's to hoping they get that wedding cake.

US's story on Ashley and JP has a picture of them outside either GMA or Regis & Kelly that we've already seen and also a pic of JP and Ashley together at the Casa La Femme party Saturday where Ashley met 40 of JP's closest friends. A lot of the details were already covered in their online article. The article mentions Chrystie was at the party and was overheard saying she now "loves" JP. The article quotes an anonymous friend of JP's saying they were afraid they wouldn't like Ashley but she's "adorable". The article says on Sunday JP & Ashley had got some R&R in Roslyn at his parents' home. A positive article.

Life & Style's story is mostly about showing the Neil Lane wedding bands that they say Ashley and JP picked out in early August. The article says Ashley would put it on already if she could. There's a quote from CH about how Ashley and JP are genuinely happy with each other and genuinely in love.

Star's article has a big one page picture with a paparazzi picture of JP and Ashley looking happy outside one of their NY media stops. The interview with Ashley's biological father is pretty positive, he talks about his problems and getting his life back in order. There's a part where he clarifies the allegation Ashley was ever homeless and says he doesn't know if that was something the show forced her to say. I don't remember seeing that so maybe that was during Brad's season. He mentions Ashley sent him a picture of herself while she was shooting B'ette. He says he knew JP was a good guy when he saw JP comforting Ashley after the Bent debacle and that it was hard watching her go through the emotions of the show. He said he'd be honored to go to the wedding. The picture text again has him endorsing the couple but joking that JP kisses Ashley too much. I'm always leery of relatives who talk to Star but at least this article isn't salacious.

In Touch says B/ette couples are better at making excuses than getting married. They mention Emily refusing to move, Aliberto postponing their wedding because of Ali's injury no no and Ashley not converting to Judaism. It's a nothing article.
