Becca Tilly - Bachelor 20 - #3 - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

Ugh the mini freak out she had on Twitter was so stupid especially since there's people telling Amber they want to punch her in the face and that Jubilee should've beat her azz. If she can't even handle slight criticism then she can't handle being the lead where viewers are going to be even harsher and there's sure to be a few jackasses next season.

I just can't watch Becca as Bette, please no. imo I agree with those who have said she is not even remotely in the running

Here are just a few reasons why I find her so off-putting, phony & irritating (my opinion)

~ Girl uses the word 'y'all' to extreme excess!
~ All of her 'speaking roles' on the show seem overly rehearsed and fake. ' I'm veeeery veery happy for you . I have veeery mixed emotions, but I'm veeery very happy for you' . ugh. Stf. 
~her voice; particularly her tone and cadence. It sounds like she's been tranquilized.
~ her photos do not look  anything like her . on TV, she resembles kloe kardashian, to me. The photos she posts are edited beyond recognition.

All my opinion.

I'm not sure when ABC will make their final decision on the next lead, but does anyone know if a lot of contestants end up signing papers about possibly being the next Bachelorette? TIA!

Yeah, I think they usually have all f6 girls do it, just in case they get the right fan response. Last year, RS said that people like Becca and Carly signed it even though they weren't really strongly considered.

To answer your question my belief from what I have heard is no papers are signed until it is a done deal. A Done deal. Not an almost done deal with 3 other people in contention. Not a pretty much done deal with one other person in contention. 
It is not even a done deal with no one else in contention and you are the greatest thing since spam on sliced bread--until those papers are signed and that is usually not until last minute per the recent past seasons. 
So in other words, lots of contestants will not be signing papers--only one unless they choose to go with multiple leads.
Signing papers are signing contracts. So what can a contract say for multiple leads in contention? You might possibly be the next lead? I have never heard of this per cast. The only thing I have heard from cast is that once the contract is signed all is a go--and many have been kept waiting until the very last minute...many.

IA Kasha I don't think tptb will have multiple people signing a legal binding document and then choose one based on fan response. I don't know where RS comes up with these things it just does not make sense at all imo

There's no way IMO they sign anything, however I'm sure they are brainwashed to think they are the next lead.

I thought I read here from someone who knows her (but not 100% sure where I saw it) that TPTB had the top four from Chris' season all sign an agreement of sorts stipulating they would accept B'ette if offered to them. Or something like that. Does that sound familiar to anyone? And please CMIIW.

I could be wrong, but didn't TPTB want Chantal to be the Bachelorette pretty badly before she got a BF? Do we know if she backed out of the gig and chose to remain with her BF instead? TIA.

IMO, it's probably not a real, your going to be The 'Ette contract.  It's probably something along the lines, of your one of the x number of girls that are being considered.  So basically those interested in the gig sign, giving TPTB permission to string you along, manipulate, poke, prod, and lie to you that your the top contender, everyone loves and wants you, etc. up until the last minute when they (TPTB) get the one person they're really interested in to sign the real contract.  Then, TPTB will tell the other poor saps that signed that dumb thing how it really was a last minute shake up and decision and have them believing it, when they really had no shot at the gig at all.  

I agree though, I don't see the point of having multiple people sign anything, even something like that.
